I'd hold off on the eye rolls, bro. Those fuckers will straight up unscrew out of your head. This shit show does not stop.
Wouldn't mind a ps4 port of DP. The version on ps3 runs like absolute shit.
The problem here is that obviously isn't the case. These mts are things that clearly give the player an advantage in multiplayer and in the end game content. It effectively makes mp pay-to-win and I'm betting the end game content will be tuned to be particularly unfair and frustrating specifically to incentivize mt purchases (as is the case in most games where mts effect gameplay), where as without mts, it would definitely be tuned to maximize the quality of the experience.
Please be a mech game.
The problem is when games are tuned to incentivize MT purchases (something that harms the quality of the games, themselves), which is just about every game Ive ever seen that has mts, outside of warframe.
So, I guess no one here watches YongYea.
To be fair, games with stealth levels aren't usually built from the ground up for deep stealth experiences. I love a good stealth game but I also hate stealth levels in non stealth games.
MGS3 deserves a Fox Engine remake. So does Tenchu 2.
Tenchu 2 was a masterpiece.
I made it to the floating continent on VI and kept getting my ass handed to me. This was back in 2012, before playing FFVII for the first time and I got too impatient to deal with it so I quit and went straight to VII. I should really give VI another shot.
X-2 really did have the best ATB system to date. Its my favorite FF combat system, period. Too bad it was wrapped in such a mediocre game. I should give it a run through since its been so long since I played FFX. Last time I tried was right after a playthrough of X, and I wasn't digging the geographical retread.
FFX was my first FF. Also my favorite until I played FFIX.
"Is there not a single player progression beyond licensing tests or something?"
Apparently not.
They're too busy trying to set the bar for graphical detail to set the bar for the actual gameplay experience.
What happened to the license tests, the single player career, the cool GUIs (especially GT4) with the cool jazz/lounge music, all the great fantasy tracks and the (usually) great racing sound tracks. I mean, its cool that GT finally has a livery editor and the graphics look really nice, but the trade off is unreal in the worst possible way.

If by "man of integrity" you mean acting like a possessive baby, then I totally agree.
@New_Age_Retro_Hippie
No offense to you or your friend. BTW, you are absolutely right. Adding easy modes tends to leave the core, developer intended normal modes untouched by the need to make games more accessible. No one ever complained about easy modes in Ninja Gaiden and DMC games until the core games themselves became easy mode (NG3 &...
Its a habit/preference thing. The last time I bit the bullet and just dealt with it, I was 15 hours in before I finally stopped accidentally looking up when I meant to look down and vice versa.
I'd buy it just cause it allows you to invert the sticks. I have several ps3 games I can't play just because they don't have an invert stick option.
It is wireless and it has 4 buttons between the sticks which probably cover touchpad functionality for the DS4, as well as start/options and select/share.
The gameplay was great if you had a wheel. From what I understand, they fixed the controller issue with this one.
