Upgrading armor would have kept you from getting one-shot.
@opinionated
"He forgot how to shoot since the last game lol"
Considering the source of the article, its very possible, but maybe not... who knows.
Mainstream? Really? What makes you say that? A few hundred idiots with tiki torches chanting dumb shit like "the Jews will not replace us"? Please, brother, don't insult my intelligence just because I'm a nice guy.
Wolfenstein 2 isn't f***cking political. Killing fictional Nazis isn't controversial. The politics is coming from a bunch dumbass authors who can't seem to grasp that a couple hundred idiots saying stupid shit like "the Jews will not replace us" does not equal a Nazi uprising. This extreme political paranoia is almost enough to make Alex Jones look like normal human being.
The crappy controls bit is quite overstated. RE1-3 get accused of crappy controls all the time but the truth is some motherfuckers just don't know how to play video games and don't have the patience to learn.
Your statement is patently false. The MTs are for loot boxes. All the progression in the game is locked behind these rng loot boxes, which are tedious as fuck to earn currency for in game.
As if Sony only needed to sell this to themselves.
I also miss the zero-to-hero gameplay of classic GT.
That depends entirely on how well GTS sells and how well its received. This so called second generation will be a non-starter if GTS seriously disappoints.
Things they need to do to fix this game.
1. Remove the upgrade parts and make card, part and all other upgrade part functions currency based, including card purchasing, while increasing the currency earnings potential in matches and making amount earned dependent on performance.
2. Have two separate sets of points earned during gameplay, ie reinforcement points and hero points, so that everyone isn't just saving up for heroes and we actually get a decent amount of reinfo...
It wouldn't be so bad if time to buy and upgrade weren't so damn long and progression wasn't completely locked behind a RNG.
There's an aging phrase: Fell out of the 'stupid' tree and hit every 'stupid' branch on the way down.
Well,You know someone just had to go ring the retard bell. That said, this is just the natural progression from an industry that insists on prioritizing making games for people who don't actually like games,as opposed to focusing on the people who do. The sad thing is People who don't really like them could actually learn to appreciate, and even love them but the industry isn't as much the artist's and creator's industry that it used.
Sure there is. Make a game that is single player/co-op.
Wow... another FP horror game. How original.
Jim Sterling getting DDoS'd for speaking his mind wasn't exactly Nintendo fan's brightest moment. I loved the game too but people seriously have to learn better ways to respond to speech that they don't like. It made us look childish and thin-skinned.
