that he gets the red ring, hits it and it works for a while until the red ring appears again, that says to me something is loose inside and jarring it with a whack on the side is moving it back into place. Someone who is outside of warranty should open one up and see what is inside there that might be causing the red ring to light up. It may be something simple that we can all fix on our own without having to send the machine back to MS for repair.

Give up already. N-Gage sucked the first two times around. Nobody is going to buy another one and good luck finding a retail channel for them. Gamestop and EBX both got burned bad and were giving away 10 FREE games with each N-Gage to unload them. I doubt they are going to take a chance like that again.

Why drop the price too soon? They will get the maximum amount of profit that they can at the current price points and then when Nintendo's and Sony's machines are in steady supply then they will consider cutting the prices.
back when PS3 was first announced to be in development because there were no other multi-core processors, but the damn Celeron is multi-core now and there are quad core Pentiums out. Cell's multi-core architecture doesn't impress anymore and apparently developers aren't impressed with it anymore, either, if they are holding back to see how the sales war turns out.

If you have 8 PS3's in your store and 100 360's, of course you're going to sell out of PS3's, but for the 8 PS3's that got sold out, how many of the 100 360's got sold to disappointed buyers who couldn't get PS3??? A lot more than 8, that is for sure. The reason the stores have so many 360's instock is not because they aren't selling them. here who said 360 sales would cease the moment the PS3 showed up?? Now we know the truth. Instead of slowing down, 360 sales are climbing again. I don't think the ones who bought 360 now (like me) are going to come back and get a PS3, as well. It's too big an expense for many to have both. A Wii and a 360 is still doable, though, and I think most people will have that.
There's now one less reason to buy a premium PS3. Now if someone could find how the other missing functionality works and get's it to work on the base model there won't be another premium PS3 sold ever.

probably didn't do a save in this room. You should be able to do a save at any point in the game without ruining your progress. There may be other places where saving ruins your progress that haven't been discovered yet. Something like this should never have gotten past QA.
