I think he means that compared to wow/ff14 this game feels more like a valheim or rust than the 2 previously mentioned mmos. Which i get the same vibe of, i wouldnt class it as a survival craft game though.

@amunra but most of the time you arent forced to try out anything new because its on normal and you can just button mash through everything. Also dying does not equal stress and frustration for me at least, it just makes me think more about the game and its mechanics.

one of the reasons i quit playing, performance was absolutely atrocious. You had to rely on 3rd party mods to have it running well on only a slightly modern pc.

@enkidu yeah thats why so many people are making content/playing bloodborne, its a great game but it doesnt have the lasting that skyrim has with its unending mod support. Also not sure why you need to say which game is better, one is a sandbox rpg, the other a souls game. it just depends on your taste.

Theyve still been releasing really good games the last couple years, so what makes you think they will make the next mainline ES title gaas? there is absolutely no chance that will happen. I wouldnt call it fluid, the map exploration is not fluid at all, that also goes for combat. Even though you can combo a lot especially with changing direction while attacking it feels really stiff. For the rest im having a great time though.
finalllly, im looking forward to this. The first game is one of my alltime favorite games, lets hope the sequel does it justice.
@magog so the gamepass subs arent primary revenue, what is it then just some change? when we are talking about 1st party games at least. For 3rd party title they probably get a good chunk of money for them to be on there, i dont think any numbers have been released for that, but i doubt any publisher would want its game on there when they dont get any decent money for it. I also doubt they are gonna change their development pipeline just because it might be on gamepass at some point.
