yeah im not too big a fan of the artstyle they chose either, but ill take anything over only being able to kill with super attacks like it was in ps allstars. especially for a game like this, gameplay is king. Allstars could have been so awesome if they just changed that one thing, really made the game feel stale as hell.

their battlepass doesnt expire as far as im aware, once you buy one you can get the rewards of it forever. if you buy the second one and the first one isnt done yet, you have to choose which to activate and make progress on while you are playing (as it should be for all bp's in all games). I might be wrong on this, but from what i remember they made a couple comments on this.

There is very few games with sorcery as their only combat option that do it well, if they nail the gameplay first i can live with a mediocre story, if the story is good it will be a bonus. Lets hope the delay is worth it.
there is no cleaning the slate with EA anymore (in the short term), but bfme 1 and 2 are some of my favorite games of all time, I just want to play them online again with a decently sized playerbase. Ive been hoping for a remaster for these games for years now, but WB has the lotr license now, so there is basically no chance of it happening.

if they sell only 1/2 the copies of sony and they get compensated enough by gamepass, then do you think the publisher cares how the revenue is obtained? or do you think publishers just put their games on gamepass without any sort of compensation from MS?

I think for lol its the same why strategy games arent on consoles, the controls just cant make it work well. Especially with a nuanced game like a moba, losing that bit of control really would make the game way less fun for me.
As for valorant, its still fairly new and labeled as "early acces/beta" if im not mistaken? Its bound to happen on consoles at some point given the popularity.

@mkis007 I dont think its necesarilly that xbox gamers dont like single player games, but over the years the players that do like those big blockbuster sp games have been driven out of the xbox ecosystem for the most part, because there is not much on offer for them. If your forte is mostly sp games, then there is very little reason to buy an xbox over a ps. I think there is plenty of people who only own a ps4/ps5 for mostly sp games would gladly buy an xbox when the games they got on offer a...
