I rather have Insomniac making a new IP instead of 'borrowing' Spyro from Activision. Even if they can use the IP then there will be certain things Activision wants them to do, so they wont be free to create the Spyro game they want.

Cod never been tactical? You obviously joined late in the cod cycle. Cod 1 + uo and cod 2 were very tactical. Hence there were so many good competitions and clans. Im not a big fan of how EA handled their stuff, but keep it reasonable. They have a new CEO if im not mistaken and for fucks sake, they are making MIrror's Edge 2, BG&E 2, Battlefront 3 and they did try out some stuff with Star Wars 1313 (though that won't see the daylight unfortunately).

really all that are arguments that it SHOULDNT be lagging behind. They were behind because of being a year later on the market, the price and the lack of good games.
