This coming from a notorious Xbox fanboy, no less.
@4
The release date is slated for October 21st.
At least it's free.
Besides, it's better than paying an extra $70 for a hollow plastic Lancer replica that's too light to be a paperweight and too jagged to wipe my ass with.
Voice chat is in. Okay. Too bad the Matchmaking is still utter sh!t. Namco is quite far from "the top of their game."
First off, you said almost nothing about the actual game other than "it gets repetitive." We don't care if you can go after the Templars as that has nothing to do with whether or not a game is good.
And why the hell did you give it a 4.9 for Online when it DOESN'T EVEN HAVE an online component? Online is nonexistant in AC, so it deserves a 0.
There's a difference between a reliable review and just sharing your thoughts, and this appears to be the latter...
Maybe he was just trying to be helpful by posting a review to let readers know what to expect. No reason to try to hide a bad review score from anybody, unless you work for MS (and with each passing comment, I'm more convinced that you do, Crab) and have an incentive to dupe gamers into buying a shoddy game (F2 Pub Games, not F2).
It's a plastic piece of $hit that didn't cost more than $1 to make, and yet people are gonna buy it for $140...
Just look at the pictures and you can tell it's friggin hollow or filled with deadweights. It doesn't even look like the saw blade articulates. If they're making a weapon that can't be used as a weapon, why would they bother making it high-quality? =P
Considering how the game takes place underwater, I'll go with that :D
I've lived with both services and I'll say the only GOOD thing XBL has that PSN doesn't is the sheer number of people playing it. The XBL community feels a lot more expansive and social.
That said, however, I do like being able to play PSN without seeing ads splattered all over my XMB (Live has ads and you pay for it?) and I like to play games without hearing kids shout and sing for entire games out of boredom.
As for demos and DLC, that really comes down to the ...
1) Money Isn't The Root Of All Evil, It Pays My Mortgage
So this guy admits that he's one of the producers making money off Xbox Live.
Big mistake, as we now clearly see WHY he thinks charging for XBL is good....
2. You Don't Get What You Don't Pay For
....so why are we paying it then?
Coming Up Next: How Red Ring of Death saved the Xbox360
When I could be growing asparagus with those 8 hours instead.
Shhhh....don't tell Microsoft!
They forgot to mention the cheapasses who like to ruin your win ratio with deliberate ring-outs and shameless button mashing.
Raiden actually looks pretty good. Anyone knows how he did it?
Pretty much everything on the list revolved around the fact that "OMG IT'S HALO!!!!"
Whores.
And no, I'm not a fanboy crying over the loss of FFXIII exclusivity (I don't even touch the series). I just hate the idea of a company selling out after years of loyalty and betraying the platform that gave them life, all in the name of profits.

jk jk jk I hate EA.
Unless you judge games purely by sales.
This game doesnt have much of a chance in sales, with all those AAA shooters coming out, but from the videos I've seen of it, the game looks real nice, polished, and immersive, much like the previous BiA games. It will at least make "sleeper hit."
You've clearly never played a Brothers in Arms game. You've probably never played a tactical shooter. And to be honest it's hard to tell if you've ever played a game that required thought.
Not much, as Final Fantasy is almost as overrated and overhyped as Halo.
Wonder how many sackboys were killed to make those pouches...
