Finally someone at EPIC remembered there's another console on the planet too... whose exclusives, ironically, will make use Epic's engine more than any others.
Finally playing it at true 4K@60fps. I Left it on PS4 Pro in the first 30 mins but I will give it a second go.
Already bought it on Steam for USD20... not sure why as I see it's USD50 in other regions.

I wouldn't say so... it's just that EPIC is so obviously under contract with Sony, so their comments are as objective as those making Xbox exclusives, like Scorn devs.
Yeah... he could've spent all that on Game Pass and beat all offers ;)
Must admit Microsoft is hyping his train very well.
The amount of information/rumors is almost overwhelming.
I'll give this a guess:
Anaconda: Series X
Edinburgh: Series X Digital
Lockheart: Series S
That'd provide competition for every PS5 SKU... and beyond.
Wait... what? attack?... what's wrong with you guys?
Why do positive Xbox news hurt you so much?... I'm lost here.
How about you actually consider looking at the bright side of each console... you will have more fun than by trolling xbox news.
How about banning trolls instead?... Just saying.
Well... whether it's 4k/120fps or Codemasters are playing words here.
Since no HDMI device is currently capable of 4k/120fps I will have to wait until the console get release to see if it actually matters.
"Q: How will these enhancements impact a player’s experience with Dirt 5?
A: Some people have a misconception that frame times and performance are limited to just how fast your GPU is, but CPU performance is obviously critical too, it would be no good if you had a GPU that can render beautiful visuals at 4K at 120fps if you don’t have a CPU that can generate enough frame data to render that quickly on the GPU. A powerful GPU needs a powerful CPU to back it up and Xbox ...
120fps... at what resolution? XSX version will be 4k/120fps. Will be interesting to see.
That's not right under any point of view... limits the boundaries of coercion. Reviewers must be free to... "review".
Wonder what that rep thought when he saw the overwhelming majority of people who played the game disagree with those "Perfect" reviews.
@mikeslemonade
What are you talking about?
Games used to cost $50 before the Xbox 360/PS3. They raised it to $60 then.
The hardware and services are definitely on Microsoft's side.
But games... we will have to wait and see. This will be a whole new battle, totally different from current generation's and much more thrilling.
I take my hat off to Microsoft this year. They're bringing never-seen-before benefits to gamers.
I have the feeling Xbox's Smart Delivery and such aggressive backwards compatibility (improving not only framerates/resolution but also adding synthetic HDR) caught Sony pretty much off guard.
Microsoft seems to have effectively blocked any attempt from Sony to repeat plate and release (sell) "Remasters" of their best blockbusters, as it would make them look unfriendly to customers... or even greedy.
Releasing remasters at no cost would be a...
That trailer hyped people a lot, me included... but looks very ambitious for such a novel studio. I really hope they deliver.
Won't happen as long as Microsoft marketing rights are in force.
@Shadowsteal
The demo was shown on a video but the EPIC guy literally stated that they had it running on a laptop (non on stage) with a 2080 + 970 Evo SSD and even gave details about it performance: 1440p / 40+fps (roughly the same as PS5 demo)
That video was then removed from the Internet.
Does Horizon 2 use Unreal Engine though?
I think Hellblade 2 will be the referent for this Engine in the near future.
