You make it sound like it's hard to play online with the PS3. You're kidding right? Seriously, you just go to online >> join game, and that's it. It's not like playing online with friends on the Wii, where you need to remember some long code (not to bash the Wii, we have one here, i just think the online decisions made by Nintendo were poor).
While I can't agree with Shaka, no one can deny anymore that DVD games have any edge over Blu-Ray games on load times. Now that EVERY 360 game is on a DL-DVD, the Blu-Ray disc actually reads a little bit faster over the course of the entire disc. Good try fanboys, but this is one argument that has been thoroughly debunked time and time again.
Why does everyone think Bioshock is the greatest thing since sliced bread? I have the PC version and play it on full settings at 1600x1200 and I think it looks kind of meh. The water effects are nice (unless you're watching something melt), but the entire game was criminally easy. This just in! 60% of people who bought PS3's were uninformed parents and grandparents carrying out the expensive whims of spoiled children. If you asked the people who were actually USING the ps3, I bet the number would be much lower.
It sure as hell didn't deserve a 10. Don't get me wrong, it was a great game, but It was so easy that it really took away from the game experience.
Seriously though, how unprofessional is it if a site this big is doing maintainence and they don't at least put up a "Sorry, we're doing some work on the site!" in place of the front page.
I think the real thing to pay attention to here is the fact that the devs said it was actually EASY to make the PS3 version. This just proves that developers like EA were just doing a half assed port.
