And if I want to play those, I'll get them for the PC. The difference is, PS exclusives are exclusive. 360 exclusives all come out on the PC.
The controller argument is horrible. I cringe every time I have to use the 360 controller. Also, for games where I'm used to the PS controller, it feels so awkward using it. I was playing Katamari in the store the other night on the 360, and it was the most awkward experience I've ever had with a controller. Trying to do the speed boost was almost impossible without dropping the controller.
Also, saying that Gears looks better than Uncharted just makes you look ignorant. As a ...
If it's on the PC, I'll just get it on the PC, as I have done for EVERY other 360 "exclusive" I wanted to play. Just for reference, Alan Wake, Project Offset, Gears 2, and Fable 2 will all come to the PC. And that's where I will play them. For free. My computer has already paid for itself because of every $60 game I didn't have to pay for.
Bill! Haven't seen you around in a long time! More humorous comments, but in this case I feel the same way you do.
lol, I can even still find people to play in Mortal Kombat 2. There is certainly no lack of people on PSN. You're really digging into the bucket of excuses now...
If you could use logic, you'd be able to figure out that for the PS2, the majority of sales came long after the first couple of years. When the price drops into Average Joe zone, sales will take off. That's common sense. No one can say how much they will take of, but no one can say that a lower price won't move more units. When Microsoft inevitably drops support for the 360, as they have done for every product they have ever released after a newer version comes out, PS3 sales will have no co...
This is OLD news. Seriously, people were doing this within weeks of the PS3s release.
Not a chance. It uses the wrong kind of laser diode.
It will if you a.) convert it or b.) author an actual dual-layer DVD.
Shankle... I don't recall anyone asking you your opinion. Let Sony and Blu-Ray people have our day in the sun, God knows we get shat on enough. This time, we win, and we're going to milk it for all it's worth. As the victories keep coming, the gloating will be less and less each time.
Why would you do that? Clearly you wish to play MGS4, going by your avatar. PS3 only my friend. I hope that was a joke, it was always just a rumor anyway. Don't count your chickens before they're hatched.
I agree, but without spaces between sentences that was REALLY difficult to read.
A guy at Best Buy had my step-father buy an HDDVD player about 2 months ago. I took it back the same day and traded it in for a PS3 that same morning. The guy at the store tried to convince me sooooo hard that HDDVD was going to win out. Seriously, he lectured me for like an hour straight, telling me bold faced lies to try and get me to buy one. These people thing that no one reads up on this, but I was able to call him a liar at every turn, and eventually he went away. My step-father is real...
Will it blend?
Sure, because we all know that kids all have a nice, firm grounding in physics... That's the whole allure of the game, you can use physics to build whatever you want...
Before I say this I'd like to point out that I'm black.
I'm sorry, but "Great black hope" doesn't have quite the same ring to it. You don't call historians racist for calling it the "Black Plague", it's idiotic to turn every reference to white or black into something involving race. White is universally accepted as a color of renewal, black as a color of decay. Does this have ANYTHING to do with the color of my skin? No, and I'm not offended by it in any wa...
Animators do the same job no matter what platform they develop for. They do mostly all of their work in an app like Maya or 3D Studio Max. I should know, I'll be doing it for a living in about 8 months...
You're kidding right? They've said "PS3 ONLY" more times than I can count. Kojima himself has said it dozens of times, the most direct of which involved him saying that you need a theater to play his masterpiece, and the only theater is the PS3. 360 is a DVD, and the Wii is a TV show. Those were his words. You couldn't possibly misconstrue them in any other way unless you were incredibly stupid.
Some day, Zhuk's mother will find out what he uses their internet connection for when he tells her he's studying. That will be the final nail in the coffin for inane forum posts.
I can't wait...
EDIT: I've asked this a bunch of times, and I haven't gotten a straight answer. Am I the only one who can't click to add or subtract bubbles from Zhuk? Both buttons are grayed out for me all of the time, like I had already clicked even though I haven't. Am I alone here? ...
I'm just gonna throw this out there. The 360 and PS3 were pretty much neck and neck in their respective first years. Keep in mind however, that in it's first year, the 360 had zero next gen competition. It was free to roam the next gen pasture, as it were. However, the PS3 had both the Wii (much cheaper) and 360 (arguably better games) to compete against, and still managed to sell decently, despite being at a much higher price point for the majority of the year. Take it as you will...
