Rocket League is the shit. Pretty good list. I've been noticing a lot of love for Undertale, but as I understand it, it's probably never going to come to consoles because of the way the saving system works. That's kind of a bummer.
"May the Force be with you, always." - Al Pacino, Sith Lord
Out of interest, who disagreed with me, and why? I'd like to understand why someone would like this character.
This is really getting out of hand. As someone who has leftist views, I'm getting really sick of these over-the-top progressives, who recently have rightly been titled regressives. They are basically the Tea Party of the Left, and they're embarrassing.
The fact that adults are asking for safe spaces in college is pathetic. They're about to start the rest of their adult lives, and they're asking to be coddled like children. There's a video of a college camp...
I suppose Lara Croft is a logical enough choice, but I've really grown to hate this iteration of her character. She's always panting and screaming (the amount of times she's been fatally injured and just magically survives, in the cutscenes, is bordering on ridiculous - I mean, she fell on spear that ripped through her stomach at the very start of the 2013 game), she rarely plots out what she is doing (she's purely reactionary), and she always says "I have to do this"...
We as consumers deserve good value. Sorry guys, but tough luck. I wonder which UK publisher is complaining about having a superior alternative to a bundled competitor.

Bandai Namco, thank you for contributing to the destruction of the Empire/Konami, and aiding the Rebel Alliance.

OK, they went half Lucas, EverydayJoe.
May the Force be with you, always.
Nintendo is not George Lucas. Something happened to his Crystal Skull, then he went Full Lucas. Never go Full Lucas. This guy recently made Red Tails. Nintendo still has loads of talent. They just need to wise up a bit.
May the Force be with you, always.
I can't really say the same to be honest, considering George Lucas ruined my childhood and all. I suppose if I was a bit younger, EA's Battlefront would have ruined my childhood. That being said, I do feel like the art direction, the sound, the world and just the feeling of Star Wars seems to transfer very easily over to video-games.
EA went full Lucas though.
You can whine and childishly belittle the vast majority of gamers all you want, but there are entire genres that barely exist on the Wii U, that have been able to carve markets for themselves elsewhere. Nintendo has struggled to attract this variety, and they could have if they really tried. It's the truth, there's nothing preventing them from acting like Sony or MS, in this particular way. They've always had a weird attitude to 3rd parties.

Well, yeah I did. The article mentions the fact that Nintendo had a pretty cool line-up last year, and this year they didn't really (considering the line-up of the console is pretty much just whatever they put out, even though the games they put out were OK this year, that's kind of a big deal) and in my opinion, the Wii U was easily the worst console this year. I felt the need the say it, because a lot of Nintendo fans were incredibly condescending and elitist last year, and it sums ...
Still not as bad as that time George Lucas ruined my childhood. But alas, J.J Abrams saved me from the darkness. But yeah, the Wii U was easily the worst console this year, which is perfectly fair to point out considering we had to listen to Nintendo fans rant about how terrible PS4 and Xbox One supposedly were last year. And then, this happens. It's just karma, I suppose.
Collecting all those sex dolls in Saints Row 3. Gotcha catch 'em all.
I think you've missed something rather important: Nintendo have had poor Youtube policies for a quite a while now (this is just the culmination of such), that have intimidated people and pushed them away from making videos. They had a Content ID system in place that gave Copyright Notices indiscriminately, regardless of whether the content fell under Fair Use.
AngryJoe recently got a Wii U and he was going to review Nintendo games from last year (which he was very impress...
It's hilarious to see Nintendo fanboys (heck, possibly a large chunk of ordinary fans) encouraging Nintendo to basically do the dumbest series of borderline-suicidal things they could possibly do, just so they won't have to criticize them. Very cult-like. Nintendo can do this if they want, but they'll get more exposure, sell more products and have happier fans and content creators (which incentivises them to make more videos, and provides free advertising) if they don't.
I wouldn't say its the new generation of people. It's a very loud politically correct minority with the potential to find anything offensive, that are mostly despised by the majority. It is very alarming though. People in the comments are calling for the punishment of parents, rather than just condemning this idiot tabloid publication, even though we've all played violent video-games when we were younger. It's hypocritical politically correct nonsense.
Unity, Watch_Dogs, Destiny and Titanfall were my biggest disappointments. That being said, they weren't bad games. With a bit of work, especially in the case of Titanfall (just some more maps and weapon variety would have done the trick), they would actually been terrific. Each of these games will likely have excellent sequels, that bypass and address the issues of their predecessor. It feels like they all suffered from Assassins Creed 1 Syndrome to me: great base, in need of expansion. ...
If a parent believes their child can look at a movie, read a book, or play a game, etc, then that is it. People are becoming so obsessed with the defense of video-games against idiots like the Daily Mail, that they are not thinking about the validity of what they are saying. What you are saying reminds of those who say Hatred shouldn't be released, because it will ultimately push the acceptance of games backwards.

Really? The Xbox One controller feels too small and compact to me. The ridges of the analogues stick into your thumb, and most of your finger uncomfortably hangs over the triggers (I even have relatively small hands). It feels really awkward to me. I was thinking if I'm going to buy an Xbox One for the exclusives, I'm going to have to buy the CronusMax so I can use a PS4 or a 360 controller.
A pretty awful list, I mean, he picked Lara Croft Go, over Rise of The Tomb Raider.
