This was my concern as I felt Forza 4 was quite formulaic and very familiar and whilst I appreciate it can he hard to innovate in respect of this genre, I would still hope there is some new gameplay and mechanical innovations in 5.
There is no need to get defensive to those extremists in the xbox community, I am not saying I think Forza Horizon games are bad, in fact, I love them and cannot wait to race around Mexico.
I have similar tastes, I would love to see a new Project Gotham Racer from Microsoft, those games were immense fun to play.
Having said that, I am sure I will have a blast with FH5.

I just found it interesting to note that your post suggests that you have a desire to support developers properly so I was simply pointing out that there are devs out there who need your help far more that a MS studio does.
Perhaps you should support devs who need it, these guys are bankrolled by MS, they don't need your support nearly as much as most of the outfits who's games end up on GamePass.

Because it will have an impact on console sales in the long run. They make their money from sales of consoles which in turn lead to consumers using PSN and purchasing software on the console.
I personally believe the best approach is they one they currently adopt, prioritise console and once the games has done its job on console, then release to PC.

Accusations of Sony fanboyism when behaving in the exact same way and using the exact same language in favour of your own platform of choice, ridiculous!. PC gamers have their fair share of fanboys too and I am afraid to say, you are a prime example.
I am primarily a console gamer these days and I am of the opinion that much of Sony's success with PlayStation is attributed to their amazing investment in console exclusives.
The reality though, is that Sony will have the stats and information and industry expertise to tell them whether its financially viable to release titles on PC and how much impact it will have on their console, PSN and software sales.

People can argue that gamepass is good for consumers all they want, but the reality is the service devalues games and means less profit for games devs. If you care about games you should buy em instead of letting MS get a cut.
Considering how constrained production of the PS5 has been, its incredible that it has sold that kind of quantity so quickly. So thankful I was able to pre-order mine for launch as it sounds like a nightmare trying to acquire one at the moment.

This really naffed me off when I bought the Bayonetta pack on Switch but only the 2nd title was physical.
