Thank you. I knew someone must have already said it.
A game full of clickers and an article full of click bait.
Those on the other side of the argument should ask Hideo Kojima if frame rates matter, because it hurt the sales of the Zone of the Enders HD collection, resulting in Konami abandoning ideas for a sequel.
So who is saying they don't matter when it comes to PS4 vs PC? I think the overwhelming opinions that you get are that PC has better graphics, but there are other reasons that people lean toward a console. That's different than pretending there isn't a difference or that graphics don't matter, but you hear what you want to hear.
@Convas
And if you were interested in sounding like someone that should add #XB1M13 to the end of your comment you would have responded with the same ridiculous non sequitur that you did.
I read the story when it was first posted, but taking in 360's has nothing to do with what I said. 1) It's their own product, so of course they're going to take it to help you upgrade to an Xbox. 2) The ad targeting PS3 had specific language about ditching it an...
You should spend less time worrying about some person's response over the web, and more time worrying about Microsoft's apparent fear of a last gen system competing with their latest console.
Yet, still doing a superior job compared to the out of touch people working for MS.
"@LeCreuset lol and those, are you're reasons? Okay."
I see. My mistake was in trying to explain to you how that wouldn't make sense to anyone but a blind loyalist.
Why is it a bad idea?
1) For all of the reasons Pachter stated.
2) There's just something, "I don't know," about an all in one device that can't even play blu-rays and DVD's.
3) Even if they overcame all of that, Sony could just follow suit by releasing a $300 PS4 without the Blu Ray drive.
"Why would you even think there was even the slightest chance I would care enough about what you say that I would listen?"
Said the guy who in the very next sentence tried to tell Sony fans what to do.
Stop trying to talk business, because you don't know what you're talking about. Sony's financial woes aren't a result of no one buying software. You can't measure everything by the bottom line of the parent corporation. Check out ...
Yup. I keep telling people games like Odin's Sphere, Persona 3, Persona 3 FES, and Persona 4 were dropping on PS2 after the PS3 was out. Sony supports their systems.
Wow. I was sold on Outlast alone. To think, MS wants me to give up my PS3 for $100 to get an XB1 for $400, lose out on my PS3 Plus offerings, and have to pay the same price (if not a little more) as a Plus subscription just to be able to access all of the XB1 features behind the Live paywall, and in return they'll give me some old games for a system (360) I don't own.
@Sitdown
Yup, because, believe it or not, I don't game 24/7, so how about we put away this silly little argument, which has gained steam with sensitive souls (who take more offense to criticism of MS than actual MS employees), that if you have a PS4 you must shut up about any and all things in life while completely isolating yourself from the world, otherwise you aren't enjoying your console?
P.S. You can also tell MS to go have a seat, as I'm qu...
There's a difference between "complaining" and remarking that it comes off as desperate. PS4's are allergic to store shelves without having to pull stunts like this.
"I find it hard to believe that you all are enjoying your ps4s... because you are always concerned with what Microsoft is doing."
And yet—here you are.
I don't have much trust in MS as a company. I don't like many of the practices they tried to put in place. They're exclusive lineup, to me, doesn't justify an additional $500 purchase. I don't think the system, which is weaker than the cheaper competition, is worth $500. MS sacrificed on specs to include the Kinect, but now they're having a knee jerk reaction and moving resources away from the Kinect to slightly address the performance gap. I have seen nothing, especia...
Sorry MS, but you're targeting an informed customer base with that one. Even Game Stop pays out more for a PS3.
The only thing you need to worry about trading in is your Kinect, once MS gets done shifting GPU resources away from it just to kinda sorta close the multiplat gap.
Okay. That's his opinion. It means squat given his position. Don't fall into the trap. He wants the media asking him about his opinion rather than the facts surrounding the performance of certain multiplats. Someone needs to ask him why the 8% GPU shift from Kinect if multiplat performance isn't a big deal.
This number appears too high because they did not engage in simple random sampling. Simple random sampling allows for more accurate inferences about the population from the sample data.
