Exactly. It's not like these articles aren't relevant. Some people will dig into the trenches and defend, defend, defend no matter what, even if it does bother them deep down. People down voted you without explaining why. Greenberg was spinning. He was talking about sold to retailers, which is shipped, not sold through to consumers. That's what the guy he replied to was calling him out on, and that conversation goes on for a while with that guy calling him out on the deception, and Greenberg shuts up. Notice that the PR rep, who acknowledges remaining unsold units, used the words "sold through."

You sure about that? I haven't played Mercs since Shadow Fall came out, but I think all of the touch screen commands had an actual button mapped to those actions as well.

What Sony used to overcome the odds? I think there's a lack of understanding of just how heavily the odds are in Sony's favor. Think about it. The PS3 was a bad gen for Sony, comparing it to other gens. So far in this "bad gen" they've outsold 360, despite launching a year later, and may just outsell the Wii.

That takes some gall for an Xbox fan to post. A lot of Sony gamers are Nintendo gamers as well. Nintendo systems are very complimentary to people that have a Playstation or an Xbox.

The sooner people accept that, the better. Then all the whining about fanboy wars, counting pixels, counting resolution, etc. can stop. The XB1 isn't just a system that costs $100 more because of Kinect. Kinect's hidden cost is on the hardware itself. The console is weaker because they included Kinect.

Forget PC. If you're a console only gamer, Titanfall can still be had on a 360 for much less than the investment in a new system. As a Sony and Nintendo gamer, if I'm into that one title, I can just go get a used 360 (or even a new one) and play it for a fraction of the investment. No one game is going to make most people buy a new system at new system prices. Killzone, despite the reviews (has this week FINALLY taught us a lesson on trusting the gaming media?), is a title that shouldn't be missed. Knack is a good title, also better than the reviews, that's a nice complement to the PS4 library, but not a must buy. Then you have free games with Plus in Contrast, Resogun, and Don't Starve. Killzone, Knack, Resogun, Contrast, Don't Starve, DCUO, Trine 2, Injustice, and just about every multiplat, because if the XB1 version is worth picking up, the PS4 version darn sure is. Now you could try to crap on that list all day long, and I could similarly go in on XB1 titles that you want us to assume are worth picking up on just your say so.
