Yeah and it's pretty bad no matter if the news is pro-sony or pro-microsoft. Certain people spend all their time disagreeing for the sake of disagreeing instead of agreeing with the ones that make sense.
In fact, I'd even go so far as to say that if you made a genuinely level-headed post and get lots of disagrees, be glad you've got some idiot fanboy's back up, because chances are it just means you're right and they can't take it.
A 9 for one person could be an 8 for another. I mean, I personally think that 10 should represent the holy grail of gaming and 9 should be a damn fine attempt, but just missing some details. For me, an 8 would be a solid purchase and a great game, a 7 be a "I need to get it at some point, maybe when it comes down in price" and a 6 an above-average attempt at the genre, with 5 being "average". I'm not HHG's biggest fan by a long shot, but this "article" is atrocious. It's actually worse than anything I've ever seen HHG write.
The physics may be "hardly realistic", but they're the most realistic physics I've seen in a game yet. They may be a little over the top, but that's the point of the game - destruction.

GTAIV may not have been worthy of 10/10 scores or the GOTY tag, but I don't regret buying it, I really enjoyed it.

Rockstar NORTH didn't do Table Tennis or Bully, they were done by different parts of Rockstar (San Diego, Leeds, New England, etc.). Pretty much all Rockstar North has done is GTA and Manhunt, at least since they got renamed from DMA.
I don't care what console they release their games on, I just want the games to be good.
Despite the fact that this game is definitely what you'd call "Casual", I would highly recommend giving it a go, it's annoyingly addictive.

Some people LIKE a bit of "frantic" in their game. If a team REALLY knows what they're doing, that wont be an issue.

This game IS brilliant, I agree, but there's something about this review that seems off. The information in it isn't quite accurate, it's like they've only actually played the game for about 20mins and been given a list of bullet points from Popcap themselves to write about. Even the screenshots are from Popcap, not the author.
If you've played the game, you'll notice that this review actually gets things wrong and stuff. It's odd.
