If they were both multiplatform games, or both exclusive to the same console, nobody would even bother trying to compare them.
Alex has some fairly long range attacks, particularly his "whipfist" attack that can stretch quite far. He can also throw stuff REALLY far (As in, helicopters are no match). What's more, he's fast. Very fast. Very very fast and combined with being able to jump about 12 stories into the air, distance wont be much of a factor for long.
Furthermore, Alex can disguise himself as...well...anyone. Literally. It's hard to hit a target from long range if you don't actually know who th...
That's not the question I asked. I asked if that's what the haters claimed, not if it was true or not. It's obvious that most of you missed that I was pointing out their ignorance. Ironically, all you've done is prove my point.
Yes and retailers still wont be happy about that because the vast majority of their market all have access to Credit cards.
inFamous has a lot more depth, but Prototype is much more hack-and-slash fun. Whichever is better comes down to your personal preference. And yes, I've played both.
I suppose the main issue is that in order to use the "voucher", you need to connect to the Store anyway. In that instance, why not just buy the game directly? For the vouchers to be of any value to retailers, they need people to buy them and the only reason to buy them is either because they come with a nice art book/packaging, or because they're cheaper - which kind of negates the point of digital downloads anyway.
I think the best way to do it would be to give retaile...
Since when did quoting someone actually mean you had the same opinion?
Try reading harder next time before you post.
Yeah but the PS3 and the Wii aren't really any different. I suppose you can upgrade the HDD in the PS3, but that's about it. You can't do any of the rest of the stuff (and some would argue that, despite Microsoft's stupidly high prices, you can still upgrade the 360's Hard drive to a degree). In fact, the "inability" to upgrade a console is kind of the point of it, it's not a problem, it's a feature - not being able to upgrade it means you don't HAVE to upgrade it. But that's anothe...
Everything is outdated about a month after it comes out. Even the PS3. And especially the Wii.
Deviant: That's not spin, it's sarcasm. Spin is more like saying "The bath isn't half empty, its just got the potential for more water"
I see it's a selective thing with some fanboys. What you missed was that I wasn't calling it a PC, I was pointing out that many other people do, usually with regards to developing games. As far as I'm concerned, it's a console.
Also: Crashes as much as windows? You've not played on a 360 much, have you? They may RROD frequently, but that's not crashing, they're as stable as the PS3. And Windows, if you didn't know, has actually been pretty stable for some time now. Unless you ins...
"Apparently someone forgot Microsoft makes Xbox 360 gamepad controllers for Windows"
Actually it's just a regular 360 pad. They can be used on both (well, the wireless pad requires a special dongle for the PC, but it's still the same pad).
Yeah but...don't all the haters say that the 360 is "basically a PC" anyway?
I've yet to hear anyone wanting to buy a PC to play second life, so why would anyone want to buy a PS3 just for Home?
I think Home is an interesting idea and certainly has some cool stuff, but I'm not sure it was worth the wait, or all the development time/money that Sony pumped into it.
I'm Irish, too!
And also not for sale. Except for money.
Nope. Also, there's a clue in the name: Fan TEST. It's not supposed to be used to clean the PS3.
No doubt they say not to use compressed air because, as the article points out, if used incorrectly can actually form fluid on your components and too much of that can cause a short, blowing the whole system. Kinda like how most clothes say to dry clean only, even though they wash just fine.
Look at something like Red Faction. That looks (in my opinion at least) about as good as this game, is a sandbox title and has a LOT more going on at once. And is multiplatform with little to no compromise. I think the GB developers are just weak.
To be honest, from what I hear it's a solid rental on either platform. 5 hours of SP gameplay or something.
Yikes! This is possibly one of the worst ones I've seen yet. Nobody's even trying to pretend that the PS3 version is on par or better than the 360 version. Guess I'll be importing it for the 360.
The "pre-release" thing is an excuse. And a big one. I can tell you for a fact that Ghostbusters has actually been finished for weeks now, in fact the final code was submitted to Sony for processing like 2 months ago. LoT would have had to get ahold of a copy that was like 3 months old for it to be "pre-release".
I remember when I tried the PS3 version, I didn't notice any issues. Then I tried it on the 360 and it stood out for me, there was definitely somethi...
