Really? The game is too short? 12 hours is twice as long as any first person shooter these days, and it all depends on your play style, so if your goal is to speed through it in 4-8 hours, you can't really complain that the game was too short. I'm glad it isn't padded with nonsense objectives like so many other games that will go unmentioned.

Honestly, I always prefer to have better graphics instead of 60 FPS. Like most people you won't care about the difference between 60 and 30 FPS, but you sure can appreciate the massive graphics leaps you can get with just 30 FPS, just look at Battlefield 3 and look at Call of Duty.
It takes extra time to code it, but when you have to work 80 hours a week to meet a tight deadline like most videogame devs do, you really can't always debug all your code to make sure it works perfectly, and run all the testing in time, so you do all that post release and release a patch to get that functionality in (which is why some of the code was already on the disc in the first place, it just wasn't finished).
Effectively, this is how a lot of day 1 DLC is do...

Well when you're ripping off Bioshock of course you're going to have a silent protagonist, since Bioshock did it too. This title is original, in that it rips off another largely original title and mixes things around a little with more stealth gameplay, more jumping around, more melee, but really the aggregate design is quite similar. Sure there are synthetic differences but the more perceptive of us will recognize it.
I know, talk about splitting hairs, with a 1% difference in screen tearing, and with just slightly better colours and textures on PS3, most people would be extremely hard pressed to determine any difference just looking at the two in person.

This game is just like Bioshock in that it gives you freedom to play the game however you want, with infinite possibilities with different playstyles on how the game plays out.
Just like Bioshock, the fans will love the freedom the game gives, but whether this can be portrayed properly in the marketing campaign remains to be seen.
