Windows xp is better than windows 7/8... I won't buy another gaming pc until either windows release an operating system better than xp that can play new games or steam os takes off and proves to be easy to use and very consumer friendly

If they do fix the 1080 issue then the people who have bee. Playing games on lower resolutions up to now should feel robbed! If the machine was capable all this time then it should have been optimized for this from the start.
Of course you can make whatever console you want to be the winner if you decide on the criteria that decides the winner. I could say that the Nintendo wiiu is the winner because it has more exclusive ip's.

I agree, while I know that gaming has always been a business I feel that now more than ever marketing campaign and hype trains are dominated by the companies making games and not the people previewing them... I've been dissapointed by far to many a commercial release these days by false promises made by game developers.
Sure there is the odd diamond in the rough but very rarely this past couple of years have I played anything worth the $60 most games cost to play.

They have enough money to throw around to do something new.. I don't think they are silly enough to believe an android console could succeed after how badly the ouja(sp) did.
Amazon have one of the biggest cloud services around... why is everyone assuming that if they get into gaming that it will be an android powered device?

No one is saying titanfall will be a bad game just that the AI aspects may cause it to not be viable competitively. Until the game hits and everyone gets a very good and up close and personal look we won't know.

Any company being vague with its content can end up with any hype built being a blow to that companies trustworthiness if it goes tits up.
MS and Sony need to be careful with tactics that involve false promises.
Hopefully this will lead to fair trade laws clamping down on companies that hide content considered detrimental to gameplay behind a paywall I would love to see EA eat crow for this.

That tease was part of the reason I bought a ps3... There were lots of other reasons for sure but that ff7 demo pushed me over the edge anticipation wise.
As long as they stuck to the original formula and battle system with super updated graphics and not attempt to make it like ff7 advent children I would absolutely buy a remake.
