The first CoD game I played through was 3 for the Wii, and for some reason you couldn't reload the M1 Grand in that version, you had to fire every shot first.
I recently bought Dues Ex for WiiU and it took away any anticipation I had for Watch Dogs. It has it's own Hub Worlds you can explore, leveling, and choice of stealth or guns blazing, plus a hacking system. It also makes great use of the gamepad and is a great game overall.
I also recently got Far Cry 3 and considering the quality of that game versus Watch Dogs I would have rather gotten Far Cry 4 instead. I don't expect to get WD any time soon, especially at a $50 to...
In Sunshine Mario was framed for ruining an entire city. FLUDD more or less died by the end, but was brought back to "life".
In Galaxy you learned how Rosalina was separated from her family but was able to take lost stars under her wing and become a guiding force in the Galaxy
They do add touches of maturity here and there, but Nintendo innovates through gameplay and game design, not so much story.
Sims 4 immediately jumped into my mind when I read the title. The last two years they've done nothing but give shallow apologies and false promises. They'll do whatever it takes to make a profit and keep people blind to the truth behind their gaming practices.
Pokken for Evo
I would've payed upfront to get PSO2 to the West by now. I paid $50 for my GC copy of PSO, and I've logged 1.5k hours over the last decade on the various versions. It's a shame, I was super hyped for the sequel but now I've just accepted it won't come here.
I'd be cynical of anyone else asking people to pay $12 for content that won't be released 2-8 months from now, but knowing firsthand MK8's quality and the level of content for the two packs I had no problem putting that money down. I even got some color swaps as a small "thank you" and incentive
I hope Nintendo keeps releasing DLC, they almost always have customer trust at the forefront.
And games like DK64 came with the expansion pack, so you didn't feel taken advantage of.
The complaint is on how gun don't feel powerful or accurate. You have an awesome flare gun effect but no power behind it, you start shooting with a machine gun and you lose control after a few shots. Imagine playing RE4 or Dead Space and it took more hits to kill things, or Battlefield and seeing a jet carpet-bomb an area with people in it yet hit no one.
Gameplay should be the easier part of a game to be good, you shouldn't have a game like Sonic 4 where Sonic's ...
Their one of the best fan/dedicated game company sites I've seen. I've yet to see a bad article or something that insults the competition. They don't lie or spew garbage
It should always be Mario Kart first. Hopefully next time they have more variety in the base character content so instead of finally adding Dry Bowser they already have him in it.
I actually didn't look at the leak. I did see some names thrown out, but I have enough denial to where I'm waiting for the reveal video to get excited
As long as they don't overload the N3DS with exclusive games I don't see a problem with this. It is a little middle finger to current 3DS owners, but every new system and major improvement/version makes previous owners jealous. There are still tens of millions of DS owners who haven't upgraded, there are many people in general who don't own a 3DS.
The name is terrible but everything else imo is fine, as long as Nintendo doesn't forget the 3DS, and I doubt ...
Can't wait to see this game at Evo some year. Seeing 2 Nintendo Fighters at Evo would be cool.
Don't own a 3DS? This is the best news for you if you were on the fence. Bought a 3DS XL in the last 6 months? I can see why you're angry. Hopefully the exclusives won't come out for another year.
Xenoblade will probably be a good benchmark. The hardest part of it graphically is the draw distances and size of animals. Things would pop in but you could look for miles in a general direction.
For $200 I expected some gems melted into the veins of the XO[]^ buttons
The N3DS having exclusives shouldn't come into play until about a year from now. Maybe there's a reason they didn't show many 3DS games at E3. Since they didn't show NEW 3DS at E3 with game example hints there aren't many concrete games in development (ie in Beta)
The timing isn't the best but going from PS3-4 or 360-X1 there were games that could've come to last gen but didn't, and this is the same way. The less you think of NEW DS has the nex...
With any luck Gamestop or Nintendo will let you trade-up for a reasonable deal. I feel bad for people who bought a 3DS XL recently, since they could've waited for the new version that's better in every way for the same price. Japan is in the worst spot since they're getting it in a few months where we have to wait.
Nintendo has been making huge strides to boost confidence and support with things like reasonable DLC, listening to fans, stronger WiiU support. When N...
Playing it through on WiiU. I've been impressed so far, and only paid $14 for it which is a steal. I prefer to play it on the gamepad when I'm sitting with with my family, I don't need to hide in a room to play it (and having everything on a screen without needing to look at two screens works best)
