I truly hope they live up to that statement this time, they say it a lot but there's never anything exclusive on the 360 these days or else it is very few and far between.

I always loved that trailer, the pacing of it was great but I remember when I first saw it and it was the music they used along with that footage and pacing that really set it off for me.

Guy is an idiot, he had a problem with hit detection, if there is a problem with hit detection then many people would notice, complain about it and then Guerilla would patch it to be better because they have shown in the past they listen to user feedback and make changes based on that feedback. Not sure I'd want it to replace keyboards and mice....replacing the remote controls for my home entertainment setup though? DO WANT!
Don't care if that device is Kinect or some kind of evolution or spin-off from it but a device that eliminates my remote controls and can control pretty much all my entertainment devices connected to my TV...I don't see the novelty of no controls for those wearing off unless it isn't very well integrated.
See those kind of applications like using it to control my TV and maybe my Sky+ HD box would absolutely fucking awesome, using it to change inputs so I can watch TV, switch to HDMI 1/2 to be able to play my PS3/360 instead of using a control? Hellz yes please!
As a gaming peripheral it holds absolutely zero interest for me but being able to do what you mentioned and what I just did....I'd be all fucking over that kind of device for that purpose.
Kinect is definitely some cool tech but my problem with it right now is that it's applications for gaming, the primary purpose for which it was made and is being marketed for is still extremely limited.
The things the hacker community have done are superb and are infinitely more impressive and cooler than what can currently be done with this for gaming. I still can't see how you'd ever manage to do more with it than these on rails games that react to your moveme...
No problem with this, rooting an Android phone is a good thing as it allows your phone to simply be a much better phone both in performance and functionality.
You don't need a rooted phone to run cracked apps either, that happens without root so that argument will be a moot point.
Oh and there will be people other than Geohot working on rooting this phone no doubt.
I'm desperate for MS to reveal some hardcore, 360 exclusives (games that are only on 360 as they seem to count 360/pc games as exclusives) to give me an excuse to turn mine on again as I only have Gears 3 as a planned 360 purchase.
I'm not getting excited though, I allowed my hopes to be raised at the 360 E3 event last year and was massively disappointed as there was nothing new that interested me.

I haven't played the game yet so I'm not going to disagree with his opinion on the story but what I will say is that I find the lore of the Killzone universe very cool and I thoroughly enjoyed the story in KZ2.
If KZ3 follows the story on from KZ2 then I'm sure I'll enjoy it very much.

Yeah I have a Razer mouse also and it's nice to have the option to turn those lights off on the scroll wheel etc.
Lights can be useful and even cool at times, but as long as you are given the option to turn em off and on as you please, then everybody wins.
Had it not been for my backlighting I wouldn't have replaced mine tbh
I bought a Razer Lycosa there about a week or so ago to replace my G15...I had one of the original G15's with the blue lights on it and the lights were so dim that they were even hard to see with the lights out.
Wanted to try something different too so went with the Lycosa which is pretty cool so far.
The G15 was an awesome keyboard though.
backlit keyboards are awesome, unless you like to always play with the lights on.
Well not everyone has a Vaio laptop.
I'm kind of like you though, I don't type a lot on my PS3 tbh, when I do it's normally typing in DLC codes from a special edition or something.
