I do love my PS3 but SCEE has some serious shortcomings whether it be getting content onto PSN in a timely manner compared to SCEA right the way up to pricing where we tend to get a raw deal too.

My PS3 when I got it at launch I thought was really good value.
A games console that would give me untold hours of fun and basically a media centre for my home.
It was expensive as hell for a games console but in reality it was and is so much more.
I feel the same way about my PC, it's much more than a gaming platform. I use it for video rendering, doing work on that just really isn't possible otherwise.

Battery life s about what I expected tbh as mobile devices these days, even phones suck up a lot of juice and devices like the Vita and 3DS chew through a lot more because they'll use an incredible amount of CPU cycles in comparison to what a smartphone would.
