That is so funny man. I've owned a few Sony CD/DVD drives over the years and they all die much quicker than the competition. So much so that I stopped buying them.

^^ Resolution certainly helps with overall visual fidelity but I agree. I'd rather play a game with the visuals turned way up and a lower rez than the other way around.
Dumb down the graphics enough and any game can run 1080p/60fps.

I loved the first two Uncharted games but couldn't bring myself to finish the 3rd. It was just missing something the first two masterpieces had.
But I would love a new one of those as well. I think either way it goes I'll be happy.
I'll be getting this one for PS4 or my PC. Whichever one releases first.

No. But a good story is a good story.
^^Now that both Sony and MS are doing I doubt it will change. The only chance we had of getting rid of a paywall was not paying for it last gen. But we did (I include myself here) so this generation and onward until consoles cease to exist (if that ever happens) we will never again know what it is like to play online without a paywall on a console.
Unless, of course, Nintendo sticks to their guns but I doubt they will. They are a company. If they ever make another hit consol...
I'm hoping this time around MS adds support for KB+M configurations. This would really increase the accuracy and accessibility for the console as well as allowing for better and easier transitions of other genres likes MMO and RTS games from PC to Xbox1.
My nvidia certified 3D acer monitor cost me about $600 and it is only 1080p. It is 27inches but still. I can only imagine what this monitor will cost.
I am assuming that there is not a big enough market there for them to bother with it or else they would. All of my Saudi friends speak very good English but I am sure they would love to play it in their native language.

Just sit further away from your TV and you won't notice. If this was the way it was on my PC monitor though I would be upset. There is a huge loss of clarity.

The thing is most of us "PC Elitists" also have consoles. But when something is multiplat, and MOST games are, we want to play on the best platform available with the detail maxed.
Don't hate us because we play games the way we want and can afford to as well.
