Played it on the PC. It looks like it has been slowed down a bit to accommodate the fact you are using a gamepad on PS4 but overall looks very similar. Visuals have also been downgraded a bit. That or the video compression really killed the fidelity.
This is a very good FPS for a free game. Try it out people!

No, they don't have to cost that much. But I have the money even if they did. Why do you ask?
Well I can play BF3 on Ultra in stereoscopic 3D with my rig with zero hitching. BF4 would seem to be more of the same with those recommended specs.
8gigs DDR3, AMD-8 Core CPU, and GTX680 OC'ed.
I got this easy. And I don't even have an expensive rig.
EDIT- I am only playing at 1080p though, so maybe that is why you think I am trolling since I am not playing on 3 screens or a higher rez monitor? And I am not sure you know what the numb...
It would seem I can play BF4 on ultra settings just fine. Probably in stereoscopic 3D given those low end recommended specs.
I don't see it making a bit of difference. People who want the PS4 will buy the PS4. People who want the Xbox1 will buy the Xbox1.
People who want both will buy both. :)
Jelly of the MODs, that is why. :)
It really shouldn't matter in the end. The only people who really care are brand loyalist fanboys. And they won't touch the other system anyway.
So the rest of us will make up our own minds regardless of what it looks like on paper and play the games we enjoy on the platform we choose.
That is the problem I am having. I pre-ordered both consoles. But the launch games I really want to play are multi-plat (with the exception of DR3) and I could save a lot of money up front by just getting them on my PC instead.
I am seriously thinking about cancelling both pre-orders and just waiting it out for a year when I can pick up the system and a bunch of used games much cheaper.
I'll decide when I see the games. And even then I won't care. Is the PS4 more powerful? On paper and most likely in practice- Yes. It is.
However this shouldn't matter unless you are a scum of the earth brand loyalist who wants bragging rights. Both systems offer a very different experience. Both systems have their uses and differing functionality. And both systems will be used by those that enjoy them.
Cry me a river, Nelson. Lol. "Disrespectful"? We're talking about a consumer electronic device. Not a Deity!!
FFS people and their brand loyalty goes way to far. Even as an employee this type of statement makes me think there is no hope for some people.
Lol. No. Part of the beta is the inner working of the cash shop and its real world applications.
FAIL article. The point of a beta is to test everything. INCLUDING the cash shop.
**EDIT- I apologize. This was listed under 'opinion'. And you are certainly welcome to one same as everyone else.
You don't own a 4k monitor/TV so I doubt you need much more than a mid range DX11 video card to run the game close to high settings at your monitor/TV's native resolution.
Nice attempt to troll though.
I think it was great. The 4 player co-op experience was fantastic. I can't wait for part 2.
I'll be playing Titanfall on the PC as well. Im not good enough with a controller to even try playing that on the xbox1.
Dang. Online only. :( This used to not bother me. But my off the grid home in the middle of nowhere will only allow for satellite internet. You guys will have to enjoy this for me I guess.
Hahahahahahahahahaha!!! +1bubble
I highly doubt a game of this depth could ever come to even next gen platforms without being extremely "console-fied" to the point it isn't the same game.
A high end PC isn't needed to outshine a 1.6ghz CPU, 8gigs of RAM, or a mid range mobile GPU. That is the inherent problem with this theory. The Xbox and PS4 are much closer to a mid-range gaming LAPTOP given the specs.

Mine blows both consoles out of the water already but I pre-ordered my PS4 the very minute it was available on amazon and I pre-ordered my Xbox1 after they said Kinect won't be mandatory.
I like having all options available. And lets be honest. Most of my family and friends are too scared to try and build a gaming PC so if I want to play them I have to own a console.
I've used a lot of G.Skill RAM over the years. Very solid stuff. But I am upset they didn't have something live going to give us some benchies. grrrr!!
