OK, didn't it say FF 7 was "first on PS4"?? How does a timed exclusive make it a "win"??? Really????
Isn't it just a timed exclusive??
I would love to get an invite to the preview program if anybody has one. Gamertag is Kickasstrophe
Thanks!
I wonder if Xbox One Gold members will have access to the free 360 games as well now......
Doesn't Xbox let you keep your games forever? To me that's a big deal.
I'm always surprised why people care so much. They say it's because if their console sells more, they will get more support. But I don't think that's even demonstrable. Between the Xbox and PS4. Both are getting great games, and neither appears to be letting up. So why do so many console owners give a shit soooooooo much about sales figures. I mean, how many articles on this site are "my dad can beat up your dad" type articles. It's so exhausting. People REALLY w...
But the guy above you says there's no point to own an Xbox One. Don't you get it???
I have both, and over the last year my two favorite games by far are Bloodborne and Sunset Overdrive. Completely different, but never boring. Brilliant games. If I chose a "side", I would have missed out on at least one amazing game.
I just can't believe so many people make this decision solely on "power" or "best version". I mean, what would you rather play: super Mario world, Haze, or Ryse? Three different generations, and the oldest game is inarguably the most fun.
So it's basically frowned upon in your view to own both consoles in order to enjoy all exclusives? You HAVE to align yourself with ONE console? Why limit yourself like that?
Why can't I enjoy both?
I've never been taxed when buying these cards. Even at the store. I'm always taxed when I buy the digital games.
It is mailed. Here is the explanation I got from Rakuten:
I am sorry to hear that you were charged on sales tax.
Sadly, it is mandatory for us to charge sales tax for orders shipped to:
California
Connecticut
Illinois
Massachusetts
Minnesota
Missouri
Tennessee
New York
Washington
In order to ensure we do not violate the tax regulations for these states, we charge...
Just a heads up. I ordered the $50 Xbox card, and they charged me $3 tax. It might not seem like a big deal to some, but it makes no sense. MS is going to charge me tax when i buy something on their store. So this is double taxation. It also means you're not really saving $10, but $7.
I should point out I live in Illinois. This might not hold true elsewhere.
Day late
OK, it was a question, not a statement. Does this mean that if I buy 4 wands it counts as 4 sales? (let me point out that I DID buy 4 wands)
How do you know? I have been looking everywhere to find what is actually counted, and I can't find any official sources clarifying this. Please provide a link if you have one.
Edit: Just found this link:

It states that "Sony's 4.1 million figure also impresses, though this will vary depending on whether the...
I had read elsewhere (don't remember where), that they count they camera, wand and nunchuk as three separate sales of Move. Does anybody know if this is true? I'm just curious. Not trying to stir up a sh*tstorm.
When I read the article at IGN, it clearly states this:
There has been some confusion about this, but Microsoft assured us that you can sit down while using Kinect. The company wants you to be able to relax and enjoy using your Xbox 360, so it says you definitely won't have to stand while watching a movie.
All of the recent FF have come to Xbox as well. I would have thought they would say "console exclusive" if PC was the only option. I have both systems, so it's a day one purchase for me on PS4 anyway. Can somebody tell me why TLG was delayed? Was it "development hell"? I'm cautiously optimistic about that one.
