You're right in that Kotaku has the right to publish that leaked information. But Ubisoft and Bethesda also have the right to cut them off dry in response.
There is such a thing as responsible journalism. They must use sound judgement before publishing info whose respective owners do not want published and never intended to be leaked.

Personally, I think it was part of a deal to get Dragon Quest 7 and 8 localized on 3DS.

Well Idk if it's the best of the best, but I could make a good argument for it being the best console Nintendo has ever released.
I know because I actually own the console, and buy a crap load of games for it so I have a lot of first hand experience with what it has to offer. I also own all the other consoles so I have a pretty good baseline to compare it to.

They're just oddly placed. No need to defend it- it is what it is. It's a fantastic controller no doubt. But that's it's major flaw. Those top shoulder buttons are a pain to reach. The human hand just doesn't have the movement needed to easily reach them. Shouldn't have to "roll" any fingers to trigger them. The should just be placed lower and perhaps angled back a bit for ...

Nintendo has always been family friendly but, that's not all they are. Their games are also appealing to gamers and their consoles will reflect that.
