The only people who get their panties in a bunch over amiibo content are the haters who envy others, who have more than they have.
They either can't afford the extra $10 for an amiibo, or don't want to, but their jealousy makes them barking mad that others have more than them.

What are you talking about? No they wouldn't. It happens every day with those "Deluxe Editions" for $10 more and a bit of extra content. Dragon Age, Far Cry, every sports game imaginable... They all do it.
At least here you ALSO get an amiibo for that extra $10-15, and way more content than any of those Deluxe Editions offer.

Well, let's see. There's still 1st party games releasing, so I'm going to say no. Had they given up on it there wouldn't be a Star Fox Zero, Zelda Twilight Princess HD, Pokken Tournament, SMT x Fire Emblem, Mario & Sonic Rio 2016 or Zelda U releasing this year. We wouldn't have just gotten 3 of the best 8th gen games this past year either (Splatoon, Mario Maker and Xenoblade X).
Look, I just love playing video games.
I don't have the time or patience to play just one little segment of games on a single platform. If people want to only play on PS4 and skip Nintendo, go right ahead. If people want to only play Wii U and 3DS and skip PS4/X1, go for it.

1) Learn the definition of a "dead console". Simply selling less than PS4 does not constitute being a dead console. In fact sales have nothing to do with it. As long as a console is receiving support with games it is not dead. Irrespective of how many people buy it.

Ya, the FPS and resolution is typically lower compared to a PS4, but we're talking negligible differences here. It's definitely a pro for PS4, but at the same time, that's an aweful minor reason to want to sell a system. Especially given the pros in the system's favor.

I'll say this- I didn't like the UI on Xbox AT ALL, but ever since they updated it I have no issues whatsoever. The only gripe I can muster against Xbox One is how long it takes to install games. Other than that, no problems.
Every time I read a list for "RPG of the Year" the first thing I look for is to see if Xenoblade Chronicles X was even mentioned. If you're making an RPG of the Year list and fail to even acknowledge this game, you basically lose your credibility on the spot.

Xonic doesn't appeal to me in the slightest. The music is horrible, the learning curve looks WAY too high, and there's really nothing that screams "great game" to me.
