Every time I click on an article I'm expecting to find out that they announced it's coming to the west and that's why people are posting articles.

For a portable device, 4gb is pretty good (even more so if they have an extra 1gb for OS like Wii U did). And it's good enough to be acceptable as a console on TV.

1) It has yet to be determined whether Microsoft's VR is up to scratch. The price is definitely right but we don't know the quality. PSVR (viewing angle, resolution, specs, etc) is the absolute minimum it needs to be if it's going to be a viable option for gaming. It could be or it could not be but right now we just don't know.
Cool, but I don't even use Remote play for Vita, and that was actually built ground up specifically for that purpose and has a full suite of buttons which mobile devices can only dream of.

Exactly. I bought a launch 3DS, and gladly upgraded to XL, and again to New 3DS. I bought Xbox One, I am skipping X1 S but I'm all in for Scorpio. I bought a launch PS4, and I'm gladly buying a Pro.

Not sure how this is relevant. Kinect sucked (tech didn't suck- the tech was awesome, but its practical use sucked), and most didn't want it. I only use it because it was a Christmas gift and the voice commands are kind of nice (But motion commands? Forget about it- garbage)
But I wouldn't go comparing the two because I can promise you there's a lot more Kinects in people's homes than VR.
The article is totally unfair, BUT....
He's not wrong about the tracking issues. Anyone who has the system knows that when you use the move controllers or even just the dual shock it has a tendency to jitter and stutter a little bit. Not all the time and not always to a great extent but it is an issue I've noticed.
We don't have to pretend like the problem doesn't exist to say the article was crap and it's totally unfair to say they bro...
Uh, I'm thinking no. Just cause it's also portable which kinda limits the power they can pack in and still keep cost reasonable.
But I imagine it's at least on par with Wii U, maybe even in the ballpark of X1?
Either way, that's pretty incredible for a device that can be played portably. And TV play will be serviceable, at the very least surely.

Oh well. I'll just play it on PS4 or X1. Switch will have the full suite of Nintendo exclusives and even if it just gets a decent spread of third-party games I'd be happy. I'll be buying all of my multiplats on PS4/X1 regardless, but I will purchase any that come to Switch in addition simply because it means portable play.
