Nothing about the next Xbox is set in stone or even announced, we know absolutely nothing. Microsoft could come out and blow everyone away, allow used games, full disc based backwards compatibility and a system that can be always online, but not required to be.

I agree 100%, but at the same time if you had to choose these games or nothing, I think we'd all pick these games.
The problem is that a new IP built from the ground up should take 3-4 years, if this had been a typical generation we would have seen new consoles over two years ago, so that creates a lot of uncertainty for developers, who don't want to have hardware switched in the middle of development.

There were never scary games, I mean maybe when you are younger, but as I grew up there was never a game that scared me, same with movies...it's all just pretend.

I wont personally be making light of the situation, just reminding some of the lesser intelligent people what goes around, comes around.
We don't even have to look far to see a struggling handheld, yet I've not once laughed or joked about how poorly it does.
