I don't think the game sold well enough, while it did sell over a million copies and get a Greatest Hits edition, the game was in development for the Gamecube, then original Xbox, before finally being put onto the Xbox 360.
We actually saw Kameo at the Kinect E3 event a few years ago, not sure what happened with it, but would love to see a sequel, that was a quality game.
You realize that Microsoft probably had this in development long before Sony showed it off right? That is how console development works, they don't see what Sony does and say "We need to do that too!", there simply wouldn't be enough time.
Looks like Microsoft and Sony have the same ideas for going after just about every type of gamer and will offer similar experiences.
Do you really want a port of what is basically a current generation game? You can just get it for a console you have now, also the game releases October 25th, which is probably a month before the next Xbox or PlayStation even release.
Well they have added it to games that absolutely don't need it, God Of War, Assassins Creed, Mass Effect, Tomb Raider, Uncharted and even The Last Of Us apparently will have some sort of multiplayer.
Actually the PSN outage was pretty quickly swept under the rug, you'll hear more people around here talk about RROD (circa 2005-2006) than the PSN hack and outage (2011).
I remember not saying anything in regards to that aside from the fact that I felt bad for fellow gamer's.
The funny part was your reply to me, I bring up one thing and you deflect it to the other. If you look at the number of trolls in the Xbox Live articles from yesterday, you'l...
Did anyone else hear the rumor as to why Nintendo and EA aren't playing nice?
Well what I heard was that Nintendo actually went to EA and asked them to design their online service and servers, and EA agreed, but the problem turned out to be that EA would have ran all of Nintendo Network, sort of like Origin, and Nintendo wouldn't have seen any money out of the deal, so Nintendo backed out and that ticked off EA.
That is sort of the same thing that ha...
I think they just decided to use Arkham name as to keep in the series, so people wouldn't think it was a different series.
I just hope they get Kevin Conroy to play Batman/Bruce Wayne, I'm really looking forward to this game, especially since I enjoyed the Armored Edition of Arkham City so much, and that is the one these guys worked on. Although if the game does have The Joker, it wont be voiced by Mark Hamill, he said he is done with that.
The funny thing was that I never had an issue signing in, I was signed in since the morning and when I heard people were having problems I didn't sign out, just stayed on and watched Netflix, Youtube and got a little Black Ops 2 double XP.
The sad part of this is that N4G really showed it's true colors, because Sony was hacked people here are actually wanting Microsoft to get hacked as well, which is a perfect example of the state of the gaming community.

Remember that time Xbox Live got hacked? Me either....turns out they just had some maintenance that affected some people.
Per Game Informer:
[Updated] Xbox Live Back In Business, Outage Due To Routine Maintenance.

I actually hope they keep the Xbox controller pretty similar, love it for just about every type of game, improve the D-pad and it's gold in my opinion.
$4 a month is overpriced for a service that never has maintenance and rarely has downtime?
I'm watching Justice League on Netflix on XBL right now, also have 18 friends online. Some of them had issues earler, but not now.
Well that is actually opinion, also since when does Sony not go after family and casual gamer's? Wasn't Sony's big games last year Wonderbook, LittleBigPlanet Karting and PlayStation All Stars? Sounds pretty family friendly to me, and what of Move? I mean that is obviously casual/family oriented.
Also, not sure if you saw the PS4 announcement, but they have a camera pretty similar to Kinect, and a glowing controller with a touch pad, share features for "socia...
Well it's getting tacked onto just about every single game, so there is that.
Well Microsoft has the most first party studios, no matter how you feel about them, game studios make games, the next Xbox will also have 90+% of the same games as PS4, so no matter what other features they bring out, it'll still play a hell of a lot of games.
I'd consider Google, Apple, Nintendo and Sony as competitors to Microsoft. They all try to get that entertainment nugget, Microsoft just does a pretty good job at advertising and attacking.
I for...
Well having a way to physically play Xbox 360 games on the 720 would be HUGE, especially for people who maybe didn't have a 360 and want to take advantage of the big back catalog.
It wont be always online and will play used games, simply because that is what the competition is allowing and doing. First rule of business is status quo.
Good thing always online is just a rumor and not fact huh? I mean there is also the new rumor that it isn't always online.

A few years ago, which was actually almost 5 years ago now, Xbox Live had some spotty outages, but I never had issues connecting or playing, in 8 years I've never ...
Hacked? I doubt it, but if the service was hacked props to Microsoft for getting it up without a total shutdown and month of offline.
I was never offline, I was online since this morning and hadn't signed out, once I saw people were having trouble signing in I just didn't sign out and was fine.
Xbox Live has actually never been down for hacks, in 8 years as a member I've never not been able to connect, never any kind of maintenance or anything l...
I'm usually against baby violence, but kill those creepy babies! Who in the world thought those were a good idea? You don't even know what the heck they are advertising!
Actually it was rumored that the PS4 would only have 6 gigs of RAM and the next Xbox had 8, so you could make the case that Sony might have done that.
I don't think one or two months is going to make a difference for Microsoft at this point, they probably already had 8 gigs, it doesn't need to be GDDR5, because that is graphical memory and DDR3 will work just as well, but will actually work better for background downloading and multitasking.
I guess...
