Because people don't understand that would compete directly with the 3DS, which is selling great. It doesn't make sense to release games on IOS for Nintendo.

The developers working on the new Star Wars games are all good ones, but EA is a very suspect publisher to say the least. The only bad part of this is if Visceral Games is really working on Star Wars 1313, it will look nothing like the version we originally saw, which was using Unreal Engine, where as the new Star Wars 1313 will be totally re-done using Frostbite Engine.
I remember people writing off the 3DS in the same fashion, Nintendo hasn't panicked and when they show some of their big games people will take notice, they might need to knock $50 off the price to sweeten the deal for some, but if you can get a Wii U for $249, people will want one, even if it's only for games like Zelda.
Nintendo very well could do a price drop when the PS4 and Xbox Infinity announce their price points, but mostly Nintendo needs software that people want. I think a system wide Achievement system wouldn't hurt either.

It's a console exclusive, owned by Microsoft and developed by Rare. Microsoft doesn't look at PC as a game console or competition, which is why they choose to publish some of their games for PC's.
Point is, you cant play any of the games I listed on another home video game console. Considering you need Windows to play these games anyway, I think the point is moot.
The problem is the "right" games aren't out on Wii U just yet, people will want the first HD Zelda, 3D Mario, Metroid, Smash Bro's and games like that.
There are some fun titles on Wii U, but as a proud Wii U owner, there aren't enough titles to sustain the console right now. If you are a Wii U only owner, you're probably playing through some of your games already.

I rarely just go by a headline, I know certain sensationalized headlines are put up to draw hits and attention, but often it's just a misquote or something that isn't accurate as the headline suggest. Thanks for trying to bust my balls though, never gets old.
Even so, they never released a Forza and PGR game in the same year, alternating years or releases makes the most sense. Even though they are different types of racers, a GT game at launch with Drive Club would kill any Drive Club sales, GT just has too much clout.

Hell no! If anything, all the rumors make me want to know the truth that much more. I couldn't possibly be any more excited for a console reveal. I honestly feel like a kid waiting for Christmas all over again.
