MS have done great things, and grabbed a fair chunk of market share but in no way have they beaten the PS3.
I own both consoles. My 360 was a fine console until the end of 2007, after the 'perfect storm' end of that year they have slumped... big time. The PS3 is going from strength to strength.

As others have said, it's simple... Release the PSP2 and learn from the 'mistake' they made on the PSP.
Nintendo have done the same thing with the DSi. If anyone thinks that launch was to give consumers a better product they are crazy - it's pretty obvious it was to plug the giant pirate shaped hole in their DS (and obviously print more money at the expense of idiots).

I quite liked the original Saints Row though - haven't played #2.
I liked being able to do the Crackdown missions in any order - but they were pretty much the same type of thing. It was still hugely fun though from just being able to go anwhere, do anything and cause chaos! Bounding from building to building was just awesome!
I can live with some repetitive missions if it's as fun as Crackdown!

Belkin are about to release a box that allows 1080p to be transmitted wirelessly from up to 4 devices (such as a PS3).
It'll retail in the $1500 region, but as with all this tech the price will drop fairly quickly.
I don't see why a PS4 and a Sony HDTV couldn't be equipped with wireless audio/video capabilities.

I agree that if Rare had used Nuts and Bolts as a new franchise it would have received better scores.
Perhaps Rare or MS didn't have the confidence in a brand new IP, and slapped Banjo on it just to guarantee some sales from the Rare faithful?

But your second one is crazy!! I don't see any bias in reviews towards PS3 games. And in general I would say the 360 games get a slightly easier ride compared to PS3 games.
I can only go by reviews that have stuck in my memory - but Edge gave Halo 3 10/10, and yet most PS3 FPS games get marked around the 7/8 range.
Fable 2 was given loads of high scores, and yet the bugs were barely, or never, mentione...
It's a real shame some people just constantly jump from (supposed) AAA title to AAA title.
But to some degree it's understandable. Games are expensive and not everyone is fortunate enough to be blaise with their choices. There's normally a reason why some games are hyped and considered AAA (notable exceptions are Haze and Lair though), and usually these are 'safe bets'.
People want to feel like they are getting value and 'the best' experience for their hard ear...

People divide sales and consoles in to discrete buckets - so we have a 'current gen' vs 'last gen' competition.
But people forget this is a business not a race. Profit/loss doesn't magically reset every time a new console is launched - the fact remains that Sony have sold bucket loads of Playstations, and Microsoft have lost billions on the Xbox project.
Sales numbers are just an easy measure of performance, but are ultimately almost mean...
Actually Foxgod, it's about who makes the most profit - not who sells the most. And neither Sony nor MS are doing well in that regard.
The only winner when it comes to profit is Nintendo.

I think if it is a 2nd edition it will simply be the original game, plus all the DLC released so far, plus new editing tools, relaunched at full price.
The additonal tools will also be made availble to '1st edition' owners as paid for and free DLC.
