I have been buying games in the UK since 1984 and apart from some few really dodgy PC games from the 90's I have kept all of mine. I occasioally spend an afternoon wearing white gloves and leafing through the instruction booklets from the 80's and 90's. Sid Meier's Civilization and the XCOM series had instructions books that were like novels! Many of the games also had supplementary materials like fictional background stories about the game universe and tech guides.
I wonder when they will show new gameplay as opposed to the trailer from 2009 and 2015 E3s.
If this game is due next year, surely there must be more to see!
I wondered how long it would take before "Backwards compatibility" was uttered. I guess the Masterchief Collection and the Gears of War remasters are fine 'cause they are from what is clearly your console of choice.
How is Sony taking advantage? Most GOW 3 owners will play the game they already own on their PS3 unless they really want to play it on 1080p and 60fps in which case Sony has given them a choice to purchase it for the PS4. This new remastered ver...
The Xbone continues to seek a "game changer" when all it really needs to do is just have really good exclusives which make gamers want to own the Xbone as well as the PS4. It could not be simpler.
All the PR led bull is just making things worse and the manner in which the fanboys adopt the new "game changer" of the week as the latest saviour of the system is just delusional.
Have loads of first party exclusives, stop pissing off gamers wi...
A tad petulant, no?
Maybe it is just me but I think E3 2014 looks the best. Well, might as well just enjoy the game however it looks!
Your comment reeks of ignorance...
There has been a marked decline in console gaming in Japan in the last four years but there is a renewed emphasis from Japanese devs with the PS4 and there have been a lot of games that have been announced this year. The Xbox One has not been a success and perhaps a cost benefit analysis has been applied here and the decision made not to attend or perhaps Microsoft has plans for a more focussed presentation but I doubt Phil Spencer will abandon Japan altogether. Such an action would destroy...
Pointless article that rehashes a myth. Now that Xbox is no longer the premium console for 3rd party releases, they don't matter. There are loads of exclsuives yet to be released for Sony this year but according to Xbone trolls these are either "niche" or "not AAA" as if they decide what is.
Last year all Xbox had was the MCC collection and Sunset Overdrive but then remasters were acceptable. Now that the two biggest franchises on Sony have remaster...
People like Moore think it is just fine to screw customers by releasing a piss poor and incomplete product which has a very high rate of failure. He has spoken of how how gleeful he and his chums were when the PS3 was announced at a high selling price, regardless of the fact that the PS3 had all of the features the 360 did not as well as the latest in technology at the time,blu-ray. He forgets how the Xbox made you pay for anything it could and despite a more expensive product, the PS3 was ...
Delusional, wishful thinking.
It is what it is and no amount of writing, revisionism, and trolling will change the fact that the Xbox One console is just not as powerful as the PS4.
Anyone who is a genuine gamer will not say that E3 2015 was a diasppointment - far from it. In fact, it was resoundingly successful for Microsoft, Bethesda, and especially Sony but even EA and Ubisoft has decent presentations. Okay, some of the games are not due for 2 to 3 years but isn't that the point of E3, the future and what games are coming? Fallout 4 is barely 5 months away as is Just Cause 3 and Doom is next spring as are a host of other games from Microsoft and Sony.

If you genuinely found the Tomb Raider gameplay from E3 2015 better than the Uncharted gameplay than all I can say is that you were seeing something the rest of us weren't. "More in depth immersive play through experience" ? Boy, you really are in fantasy land.
Sega has so many great IPs it is spoiled for choice when deciding which one to use for a PS4 and Xbone game. The most eagerly awaited would be Jet Set Radio, Burning Rangers and Shining Force and eventually even Sonic would be welcome.
The mind boggles - has Sega not seen how the return of Shenmue has been met? Sega was good enough to allow the game to be made but they really should they have funded it themselves and I am sure if Sega made the effort, it would be pleasant...
Sega can more be accused of mismanagement when there are many great IPs that are have just been just left on a shelf such as Shining Force, Phantasy Star, Burning Rangers, Panzer Dragoon, Crazy Taxi and on and on.
Okay, so Dreamcast was not the success it should have been given how good the console was. Sega leaving the console business did not make things better when it should have and Sega could have instead become a software gaming powerhouse given the quality of IPs it ha...
Microsoft has released no AAA game for the first 7 months of this year and is not releasing any AAA game until September 14 - which means no AAA game for nine months yet the writer of this article talks of misdirection by Sony! The PS4 will have had no less than 4 AAA games during those 9 months and is still yet to release games like 'No Man's Sky', 'Dragon Ouest Heroes', 'Disgaea 5', 'The Tomorrow Children' and many more. Most of these are console exclus...
Yeah, keep deluding yourself...Destiny sold more on the PS4 even in North America and overall the game has nearly twice as many gamers on the PS4 version, and this is according to VG Chartz which is no fan of Sony.
If you think the COD DLC exclusivity is no big deal, that's fine, you are entitled to an opinion but please don't make up stats.
Crash needs to come back in his own game first...but as a stopgap, a hallucinating Nate imagining himself as Crash after either getting drugged would be welcome!
Wow, you must only own a couple of games...

"Except that it was a complete rip-off of The Road, Children of Men, 28 Days Later, Iam Legend, and Dawn of the Dead 2004"
And these were rip-offs of other older Romero and post-apocalypse movies and so on. You would be hard pressed to find any story that is original now.
We know how much you don't like Playstation games to the extent that you use an unverified, isolated incident as though it is an example of what ND r...
