PC is the definitive edition, and the difference will be massive, as always. Why can't you just accept it and enjoy your own version? I've owned both iterations so far and will be getting the PC version for clear and obvious reasons.

I agree man, Windows 10 will please both the touch users and the desktop users. A good balance. It seems really sharp performance wise, can't wait to get the full version and put it on my SSD. (Plus the preview users will likely get it really cheap similar to Win8)
Yea he plays almost every game that comes out, streams on twitch regularly, and his gamertag is online daily... so not entirely sure where this notion that he isn't a gamer comes from? Anyway, not a big fan of the guy myself, cringe comes to mind.

I don't mind waiting as I can still play it on XBO, plus was waiting for it to go on offer. Would be very annoyed if I'd skipped buying it though.
I'm PC MASTER RACE and have played both versions of the game so far. It amazes me that people think PCMR means PC ONLY... the satire is based around single console owners who don't realise there are better and more varied ways to game.

They only stopped us buying digital games from different regions with credit/debit cards. They didn't stop the ability. Buy US instant codes (I used pcgamesupply.com), switch region, redeem code and buy whatever you want at US prices. I done this as late as December.
It's completely legitimate, your funds are seperated into two regional currencies on your Microsoft account. Xbox Director of marketing said this method is OKAY.

I'm not sure about what impact DX12 will have on XBO, as in the heavy single core usage seen on PC (where the biggest gains are to be had). I've only read contrasting views.
Anwyway that's not what I meant, core performace vastly differs. A sigle core from my PCs i7 can achieve a lot more than a 'Jaguar' single core. For example, this '1 x Intel quad core' is over 6 times as powerful as the '2 x quad core Jaguar'.

It's a nice little increase for an extra few fps, although lets not forget the cores themselves are really quite poor, that's the bottleneck.
I really wish MS/SONY went a fair bit higher with their CPUs (hell even PS3s cell is close to these CPUs - a decade on).
I was sold on the promise that Cloud Compute would allow 3x the CPU computation power. A year on, still waiting, told it'll be late 2015 or 2016 when Crackdown will really show this off.....
