You're high LOL - said the moron
CRank: 5Score: 23060

You're reading stories from places that have no credibility, nor accurate information. First off, the Division has posted profits for the past 5 years. There's a lot of money in subscriptions and digital content.

The new MS CEO has backed Xbox publicly and stated Xbox is a 'core' part of their business, he even had Phil Spencer (Head of Xbox) do the Mahjong acquisition (Minecraft $2billion deal).

There has been no move from investors to sell...

@sinspirit - "That's blatant BS"... okay lets see:

**"TitanFall uses servers no more advanced than games from over ten years ago"**

Oh really? So server CPU, storage, networking infrastructure have all stayed the same, isn't azure the second largest cloud provider on the planet.. but no more advanced, yea sure!

**"PS3 launched with games that had dedicated servers for more players and the same intensity of co...

I know exactly what he said, that's why I used 'almost 10mil'. The triple sales thing means nothing, same as when they stated double sales after the horrible May figures.

I think we all know the PS4s lead is continuing to grow. My point is plain, here on N4G and other outlets people would have you believe 2:1 was fact with the possibility of 3:1 to come.

The reality is between 1.3x and an optimistic 1.6x. That's far from double.

The problem is the 2:1 and 3:1 ratios are completely made up, and spewed as fact, clearly they've been completely wrong.

Coming from the horses mouth it's almost 10mil shipped for XBO and +13mil shipped for PS4.

It funny because now when people quote LOL charts and other overly optimistic figures one can say x1.3 TOTAL DOMINATION :)

Old news... Happens to people all over the world, problem is using non-local credit cards. Buy pre-paid codes to use the other stores. Director of marketing blatantly stated this on GAF.

The most popular Xbox stories on N4G are negative by a large majority. Check back any day of the week, been that way for quite some time now.

There were a few days around FH2 launch... filled with relevant good news, however the comments we populated with either 'why's there so many xboners lately?' or 'SEE proof this site isn't biased'... needless to say didn't take long to go back to 'normal'.

OT: Live has been stable fo...

My point is the public put COD first, not GWR.

I suppose reading works:

"More than 5,000 fans of the book from 140 countries across the world took to an online poll to vote for their favourite games, and the top 50 record-breaking games were featured in the book. Call of Duty came out on top, right on cue for this week’s release..."

Smh Xbox does the exact same thing.

Phil Spencer mentioned this in a recent podcast, they tested multiplatform titles and found that the point where you could start a title was virtually the same as their competitor, going on to say disc install times are being worked on (due to large advantage PS4 has there)

So have fun with your delusion.

Yea that thought has crossed my mind more than once.

I'll still get this but the 6 month delay was very annoying.

You've had to pay for XBL since the start, as in Original Xbox back in 2002. They hit a million subscribers before Halo 2 even came out.

I was one one of them, paid for over a decade.

It wasn't anywhere near as stable, they openly told us the fee was to improve the network... which they did.

PSN released 4 years later.

So XBL did actually explode very quickly, it was always mandatory for online gaming.

Suprised at how good this game actaully is, feels a bit slow but the jet pack more than makes up for it. I had a blast last night, looking forward to it now, the Alpha has me sold.

In the UK all online sales (digital and physical) can be returned within 30 days, by law, doesn't matter which company it is there's no loophole. If they refuse you can report them to be prosecuted.

I buy all my stuff from the US store, cheaply, so not sure I'd get away with refunds.

PM your gamertag and I'll invite you. *EDIT* See it below, I'll send one too.

@Kribwalker - did you know one gold subscription covers all gamertags on your Xbox One, no need to pay for the other two.

As a result, you can now get your money back (recently MS allows refunds on gold)... I had 2 subscriptions, cancelled one for MS credit and both gamertags are still Gold.

OT: Was pleasantly suprised with the message to preload EVOLVE Alph...

Well yes, when released they're competing. I could also rattle off numerous multiplatform titles that are on COMPETING PLATFORMS, releasing on the same date.

Here's the thing you've been told PS4 is a beast so you believe it, fine, but PC is infinitely better... end of story.

4130d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

No they're not stop lying. Azure is in 7 continents, with over 300k dedicated servers (second largest cloud netowrk in the world), not even close.

LOL nice try.. GTAV on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Competing platforms. You don't get to cherry pick to suit your own bias.

That would make sense if PC didn't exist.

Interesting fact on the 'Xbox Division loses money' front, it's estimated to be around $5 billion. Over the same 10 year period the playstation brand lost around $10 billion. Here's a 5 year period with PS3.

So all you Xbox loses money people, check yourself.
