I dont think that's accurate, on paper is between 1060 and the 1070 however we all shold know it's pointless comparing to NIVIDIA when the 'comparable' AMD GPU does worse than the NVIDIA GPU in nearly all games.
In reality it should be compared to a RX480, because that's what it is.

BTW don't get the "1070 Founder’s Edition", it's a waste of money.. get a 3rd party edition at the same price as they run faster.. look for higher core clocks and boost clocks.

It's not a minimal different though, a compressed youtube video is just about the worst way to compare quality.. I went from 360 to X1, and I agree the difference was very noticable, however the step onto a high end PC the difference was absolutely huge.. it's literally like playing a entirely new game.. people will dismiss that but playing at unlocked framerates and higher resolutions is a big deal. I'd rather 1440p over 1080p HDR all day long.
Inb4 I'm out of my league and should GTFO. Play any AAA title at 1440p/144hz or 4K/60hz and your card will max out. No point in being arrogant to people when you're the genius who runs a 12GB £1100 GPU on a sup-par display... frankly YOU'RE the reason games don't bring your waste of money GPU to it's limit.
What games did you have to spend hours googling fixes for? I only ask as I'm courious, I got back into PC gaming a few years ago and I have not spent a single minute googling fixes, games on my Xbox crash much more often than when I'm on PC. I do have good hardware though so obviously I can't claim my experience is an average one.
While you're enjoying GT Sport @ 1080p 60fps, I'll be enjoying FH3 @ 4k 60fps or @ 1440p 144fps or @5760x1080 144fps ULTRA settings.. you get the point.. gg :P
