Honestly that's a problem with your expectations then.
You bought them on your PS3. You can still play them on your PS3.
I doubt that many people buy games based on box art without knowing what they are getting into anymore.
"Be yourself Nintendo and don't follow the herd."
I think Nintendo needs to change. That doesn't nessessarily mean following the herd though. I think more than anything they need to go back to their roots and realize what made them great in the first place.
@Jinryo: You can get all the important stuff unlocked with the in game currency. There might be some exclusive costumes you can only buy with real money though.
"They reckon Oculus has the advantage because it has a core VR-only following as opposed to Playstation's fanbase who are used to TV based gameplay."
Yeah and PC gamers are used to monitor based gaming. As a matter of fact there is no core VR following yet and neither Playstation nor PC gamers are used to VR based gaming.
"Plus with people needing to shell out hundreds more on top of the cost of a PS4 machine for the PSVR, it might have...
I haven't upgraded yet. I'm still on Windows 8.1 currently. I'll probably get an m.2 ssd this month and then I'll switch to Win 10.

That won't be a problem for me personally. I'll probably play offline for the first couple of weeks anyway learning the game mechanics and finding my main characters.
I prefer local coop though because i ususally have at least a 2-3 frame delay on fighting games online.
I think Broforce will win.
The whole discussion about something being overrated is unnecessary as the metarating of a game is based on subjective reviews. Calling something overrated only means that your subjective review of the game doesn't correspond with the general reception of the game. What's the point in arguing which opinion is factual?
I'll definately get Street Fighter V.
I'm also interessted in Gravity Rush, Dying Light enhanced edition, Firewatch, Unravel and Far Cry Primal.
Well graphics have become much better over the years so that for an untrained eye it may seem that there isn't much of a difference between lower and higher settings. Compressed videos amplify this effect.
It probably depends wether or not he'll make a new engine for his game. If he does there is almost no chance that it comes out this gen. If he however decides to use an already existing engine I can see it coming out late in the PS4s life cycle. At this point it's hard to say cause we don't know when Sony is planning to transition into next gen (my guess would be 2019 the earliest). It might actually be a smart move to aim for Kojima's game to be a PS5 launch title.
@porkChop: Agreed. I for one don't need multiplayer in that game at all. But in the end the devs decide what the game is going to need and how they handle delays/patches. I'm sure they've come to the conclusion that the best way to handle the issue is another delay.
Patching a game costs money. That's usually not a problem for AAA games because it's an insignificant percentage of the overall cost of the game but for smaller games that can be a factor.
Yeah I'm not counting on it ever happening. Just saying I'd love if it did. I thought The Darkness 2 would never happen too and then it did happen. There is always a small chance. But I'm not getting my hopes become expectations.
Well Resistance 3 is my favorite game of the series. I really enjoyed the setting and story of it. The only thing that disappointed me a bit is that we never got to explore the pure chimera's home world. That's why I want Resistance 4 to continue the story.
Come on Insomniac make Resisance 4 already. This looks intriguing though.
Great movie. I called Kurt Russell Jack Burton half of my life whenever I saw him in another movie.
