Your 'counter argument' makes no sense.

Having an easy mode doesn't stop people playing on hard. Removing VR because you're blind in one eye DOES remove VR from everyone else.

Adding an easy mode means MORE people can play and without it affecting those who want to play on hard.

That has to be the most stupid counter argument i've ever heard.

Disagree. I played my first play through on Jedi Master and thoroughly enjoyed it.

My friend who has nerve damage in his right hand and struggles with harder games played on story mode and really enjoyed it.

As usual you're missing the point of just let people play on whatever setting suits them. Want the game to be harder? Play on a harder level. Would not affect you in the slightest if someone else goes and plays on 'easy mode'.

It doesn't seem like you've even played the game.

Having read reviews etc i knew it was going to be slow and a lot of just 'walking around', but thought i'd give it a go for the story. I'm not bored yet, but i do wonder if the game play will keep me going.

I'm about 4 hours in so far and really don't know if the game play will hold my interest. The environments are beautiful, but plodding along using ladders and ropes is going to get old quickly.

I started playing last night for 2 or 3 hours after finishing Jedi Fallen Order (brilliant game). I wasn't going to get Death Stranding, but my need for another single player story game after Fallen Order was too much to pass on.

I loved MGS 1, 2 and 4 (didn't play 3). I absolutely hated MGS 5 (found it incredibly boring).

So far... Graphics are exceptional. Music is very nice. Controls and movement are decent.

Story is of cours...

I struggled my way through Dark Souls 3 and used other players to get through bosses, but i finished it.

I'm at the last level of the game (almost finished) and played from the start on Jedi Master. Modes are Padawan (easy), Jedi (normal), Jedi Master (hard) and Jedi Grandmaster (very hard).

I've not struggled anywhere too long. Taking your time to learn enemy attacks and time dodges and parries makes all the difference. Dark Souls and The Surge w...

This was the game that got be obsessed with top tier graphics. When you first walked outside from the ship i was in awe. The lighting in the game was fantastic for the time.

Can't say i've ever continued playing a game i didn't find fun. As soon as it becomes a chore, i'm done with it.

Could anyone who has played Death Stranding tell me how it compares to MGS V Phantom Pain in terms of pacing and overall 'slowness'? I loved MGS 1,2 and 4 (didn't play 3), but i absolutely hated MGS V, i thought it was incredibly boring and stopped playing after like 8 hours.

Many people are having the game freeze/bug out on Dathomir when they go to the workbench and although it mentions the double bladed lightsaber in a tutorial box that pops up, they don't actually unlock the ability due to the bug. Hope they fix it for those pope soon.

I think it’s a very technically well made game (apart from Switch hardware holding it back a bit graphically and performance wise).

Great game, but I wouldn’t call it a masterpiece.

Got bored and never finished it, but from what I’d played, I would give it like an 8.5.

Game systems were nice (well apart from how weak weapons were which I personally didn’t like) but nothing ground breaking.

Technically well put together most definitely. Although I just wish the Switch had a bit more power. Those jaggies on a big screen are awful.

Didn't get around to playing it.

I enjoyed MGS 1, 2 and 4, but I thought MGS V was one of the most boring games I’d ever played.

Wonder how DS compares.

I actually didn't like Twilight Princess, found it quite boring. Skyward Sword i hated the controls and stopped playing. Breath of the Wild is cool for sure, but I also got bored before i finished it.

Wind Waker i thoroughly enjoyed from beginning to end.

Only if the low review is against a game from a developer etc you are a fanboy for. Then the reviewer is 'just trying to be edgy'.

Haha, i see a lot of people defending this game against a few low reviews when they've not even played it yet. It honestly comes across as defensiveness of just loving Kojima.

This could quite honestly just be a game that isn't appealing to some people. It certainly doesn't sound appealing to me.

I mean i really enjoyed MGS 1, 2 and 4 (absolutely loved parts of 4 i thought were amazing), but i thought MGS 5 was one of the most boring experienc...

I love the world of Mass Effect and played Andromeda from beginning to end. I would score it about 7.5 based on the level of enjoyment i got from it. I got through about 6 hours of Metal Gear Solid V and deleted it because i found it so incredibly boring (and i really enjoyed MSG 1, 2 and 4). I would give MGS 5 about 4/10 from what i played of it. All about what you're into i guess.

Having read the reviews, i have no interest in walking through a snow storm for 45 minut...
