I'm starting to wonder if 360 gamers care more about their gamerscore than actually playing worthwhile, bug-free games...
Since when has Microsoft EVER been honest about their products?
Heck, they still think that the RRoD "isn't that big of a problem" and that "it is completely fixed". They also say that Vista is bug-free and slowdown-free (while working on Windows 7). Heck, they even say that the Zune will demolish the iPod.
I'll pass. When a game is described as "bad ass", that's my cue to exit stage right. I'm sorry, but I'm not 13 anymore. My tastes have matured. I don't drink Mountain Dew anymore. I don't live with my parents anymore.
"Bad ass" isn't the first thing I look for in a game, but for all your 13-year-old guys out there: enjoy Gears 2! Cross your fingers and hope it doesn't crash your 360.
What happened? There's a very simple answer to that: take a look at Ratchet&Clank, Little Big Planet, MGS4, Uncharted, Heavenly Sword, and the upcoming Resistance 2.
Those games were all developed with the PS3 architecture in mind, and consequently those games are some of the best-looking games on the market. Heck, Ratchet&Clank (a 1-year-old game) looks leaps and bound better than Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts (a brand-new game).

I'm heartbroken that you would spend 50+ hours on such a buggy and boring game when that time could be used playing much better titles. If those 50 hours you spent in Fable 2 were really so great, I wonder how many great games you've actually played.
Well after playing the beta (and seeing about eight different map variations on just one level) I can say that this guy isn't bull****ing. This game will definitely deliver content AND quality.
This is hilarious. PS3 outsells 360 for several months worldwide and people claim it's all spin spin spin.

I just want to let you know something, kids. Netflix also did a wonderful deal for the PS3 where I can stream videos. It's a nifty little tool called "internet browser", and I can also use it to access Youtube, Hulu, Alluc, and other free sites. Good job, M$!

Based on the beta, I totally agree with this score. The enemy AI is very smart, and with 60+ enemies on the screen you feel like you're in a REAL battle. 8-player co-op and 60-player online WITH NO LAG IN THE BETA! If this beta is so dang good, I can only imagine how epic the final version will be.

I want to point out that the developers have been openly playing the multiplayer for over 1 1/2 years (not to mention all the player feedback from people in the beta). The multiplayer is going to be extremely polished.

I love the pic. This article is a lame excuse for the fiery Rings of Death on the 360. Why would I settle for a faulty product? I understand that electronics break down eventually, but 6 months after purchase (and then 3 months after the replacement; that's my personal experience) isn't my idea of an "acceptable" time period for a piece of electronics.

I am amazed that EA and Namco Bandai are making more money on the PS3. Nam-dai has a bunch of exclusive JRPGs for the 360 and practically nothing for the PS3. And as far as EA games go, their sports games have always done better on the 360 (or so I thought).

As always, PS3 delivers. And this is at the beginning of Year 3 for the PS3. Heavy Rain and (hopefully) God of War 3 are also in 2009. Imagine what we'll see in Year 4 or Year 5...or Year 8!
