I honestly can't believe you guys are tying to have a serious discussion about how bad Ghosts is STILL. And on this joke review. The numbers are arbitrary, they could have given it banana out of potato and you people would STILL bemoan the game. It's not good. This review by the way points it out. WoW is a given. So is the granddaddy of all these games... Ultima Online. Way ahead of its time.
As long as they customize the game so the waves and waves of guys jumping out of buildings or popping up from offscreen are removed, and that choices actually make a difference (Leliana!?!!?), then I will invests money & time. Origins was a great game. DA2 was absolute garbage.

It's as close to a realistic battle simulator that you can play, because that's how long you (or I) would really last in an actual combat situation.
BF4 is not $49 on amazon for Xbone. It's been listed @ 59.96 for weeks while the PS4 version has been discounted. Is also been fulfilled by Amazon. Now it's down to $55 but you have to pay shipping (not prime eligible)
My wife made me cave-in on waiting for a bit to adopt next gen & we got a Xbone for the kids (I will forever call it Xbone). I got it out while they were at school and set it up, downloaded demos & patches & apps, got an achievement for starting up Amazon Prime Video...
One of the coolest things I found was setting up the TV. If the tv is off, saying Xbox on will turn the Tv on as well. Xbox off turns the Tv off too. It's the little things.

You're comparing hobbyists to people that do it for a living. They didn't set the precedence, it is a known fact that people pay cash for stupid shit like skins, powerups like in Candy Crush, or freaking HATS in TF2.
