Hey. Really like playing the villain in Fable Legends. That keeps things way more fun for the player. :)
Meh Sunset Overdrive. : / Has a lot of the last gen feel with R&C. Love the variety of the world though and the weapons. I think the variety would keep this more fresh than say Infamous.
More freedom from developers = win
Microsoft would rather have stage demos run on PCs to demonstrate their next games from a distance showing the potential of DX12. Having those games on the floor would show gamers they are being run on PCs. ;) Just a hunch. ;)
I'm really tired of GT and Forza using shots that you don't see while playing the game. I really don't care anymore. This does nothing for me. Same thing when GT7 is revealed and they do the same thing. :/
Man. Sounds great but they will need all of the developers they can get for the X1 version. For those who say this won't affect the X1 version? Seriously?

On the other hand, I would have rather they released the last Forza just on the Xbox 360 and put all of their eggs from here on in on the Xbox One. I really don't think Sony even has to outright win this E3. They still have the momentum. So I would say a "break even" event would be worth it for them. If they can basically balance things out and not show this GG game, they might just do that. Do I want to see an insane e3 from Sony? Sure. Do they need it? Not nearly as much as Microsoft.

Man, what impresses me most is what they are doing without faking scenery and lighting. It looks amazing and runs at what it does with actual huge amounts of tree geometry and really extensive / high quality lighting. Other racers scenery and lighting is faked and still can't pull off the other effects this one is pulling off. It's amazing.
While Sony has a lot to show, IMO they will scale back announcements if they don't need to counter strongly to the Xbox One. It kind of depends what they think Microsoft will be showing. Sony is still killing it sales wise, so they don't have to play a gigantic hand. This rumor seems like they are putting too much out for E3.
If (and that's a big if) this game on the 360 runs smoothly, I see very little reason to buy an Xbox One for this game alone considering it's not exactly cutting edge visuals anyway. I would just wait until Halo 5 comes out and save some money. Considering this game isn't 1080p on the Xbox One, what is the resolution on the Xbox 360? Is it more like 600p or something?
Let's be honest. The Xbox One version looks better, but giving the 360 version the same exposure and the same release date would have probably made a few less people buy the Xbox One. It's not like totally night and day like I would have expected. I would expect Halo 5 vs Halo 4 to be a bigger jump. That's the first game that will really show the next gen difference.
Of course they are fighting back. If they don't they will be in huge trouble this generation. It's a good thing to keep Sony on their toes. That said, the PS4 is in marvelous shape with great multiplatform game support, $100 cheaper, and the best specs. It's going to be very hard to outsell the PS4 this generation. But I would expect the Xbox One to do well and sell a load when Halo 5 comes out. Even if they get the cloud working for every gamer and connection, they still are $100...
Microsoft lately have been talking a lot of theoretical vs actually showing in a game what the difference is. Remember when they unveiled Kinect 1 and showed things like a skateboard being scanned in and then used? This IMO might as well be the same thing.
Show me the power of the cloud with an actual game on my console with my connection. That's all that matters to gamers.

If you want to prove to us you are serious, take Rare out of crappy Kinect sports games and get them working on something that would actually put respect back into that developer. It was like buying Ferrari and making them work on making bumper cars at a carnival.
Both offer value in their own ways. For people who want Kinect and what it offers, the Xbox One is probably the best value for them. If someone wants more power under the hood, the PS4 is the way to go. It's silly for me to say that Kinect isn't worth it for other people. I can only speak for myself. So Microsoft brag about great indie development in place for the Xbox One and don't even show at GDC? Microsoft are losing the PR battle big time by saying one thing and not backing it up with support. Why not show some cool stuff at least with project spark? My guess is Sony shows off what Media Molecule is working on.
Nintendo is the only one that needs saving right now. I do think the PS4 will outsell the Xbox One this gen by a good 20%, but Microsoft will sell more than enough to do well.
Blows my mind if true. How many PS3 games or Xbox 360 were SD when they came out at launch? To have the kind of apparent boost in power and to use the same resolution as they old console is nuts. Especially when you are paying more. If this ends up being true, I could see a lot of CoD and BF gamers who were going to play on the X1 to just screw it and go for the PS4 and save $100.
Microsoft slightly, but they didn't do enough to start making the Xbox One sell more than the PS4.
Microsoft showed more games, but the best exclusives shown were CGI IMO.
Sony showed more gameplay and showed technology in Uncharted that really shows the power of the system, but the middle of that conference was boooooooriiiiiiiing.
