This. People say it's not a selling point? I didn't purchase the DSi specifically because it didn't play gameboy advance games. I still have my Phat Ps3 with backwards compatibility also.
This seems to be a major trend with games lately. High fidelity graphics coupled with sub-par below average gameplay. That coupled with abusing the name of an established game series and not giving a crap about its quality.

Why do we bring up sales as being in touch? Were the hundred million people that purchased the Wii a result of how in touch Nintendo was with the gaming community? Or is there some other arbitrary excuse there to prove that they weren't in touch.
Let's Plays aren't free advertising. They're an entertainment product. Contrary to popular belief, youtubers screaming F*** and Sh** over videos doesn't always get you a sudden influx of sales.

He's crying to get some sympathy points and have more people buy his game. Regardless of how well some people do, they will always attempt to blame an outside source for something. It's entirely a farce on his end to get more exposure and it's working. Because, why pay for marketing when you can get it for free from the journalists writing articles like "Jonathan Blow's game highest pirated game in the universe!"
Protip: when they're sending out beta keys like this, they're pretty close to shipping the game. This is a stress test, not a pre alpha or alpha.
I disagree. A majority of the people who own PS4s wont know about Playstation VR. Couple that with the fact that virtual reality is currently strictly for a niche consumer, you have a lower possibility of that happening. Combine that with the possible price point of another console and you're not getting 2 million sales.
I play with mouse and keyboard. What I didn't mention in the review is that I still play the game and will continue to play it until they make a decision that ruins my experience entirely (such as players attempting to have any semblance of PVP removed). Of course I'll also play Star Citizen (I already have a ship luckily) and I may look into No Man's Sky if they can start showing off some actual gameplay.

Do you people really think Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo would change major aspects of their console design last minute just on a whim because their competitor's information was leaked or finally revealed? How ignorant can one idea get?
Not to stray too far off topic from this review, but Fallout 4 is an appallingly bad game.
It's 4 planet, with each map being a slightly different section of that planet. He's technically correct in saying it's 4 maps. What's sad is that Battlefront 2 had not only more planets, but certain planets had two completely different variants to fight on such as the Naboo Plains and the Naboo city map.
It's a shame that it takes so little to get them to purchase a product. This industry would be a lot better if people were intelligent enough to vote with their wallets properly.
I neither consider it superior or inferior at the moment. It does have some better aspects such as combat. As of right now though, it is very incomplete. Luckily for the developer they advertise this, as opposed to Frontier Developments who plan on putting out multiple expansions (they've already put out a 60 dollar expansion with Horizons) while their base game is lacking severely already.
Yeah, I neglected to mention some of the more heinous examples of grinding that this game employs. Getting a Federation Corvette was horrible using donation missions. I can only imagine how bad it would have been without using those donation missions. I'm still playing the game though, partially out of hope for the potential to be reached, partially because I play with other people also. But sadly every time I log in my playtime gets shorter and shorter because of the flaws with the game....
It wasn't until the very end when this current generation was starting that the Ps3 finally beat the 360 in sales.
