Wait they're not releasing weather at release? So what's the point of them even showing the feature??
Forza Horizon 2 has over 300 cars from every region of the world. You may call Forza 5, which was a launch game, milking, but Horizon 2 has an abundance of cars and a open world.
Man this game for a AAA retail games is stripped down to its bones.
I get what you're saying, but they pump these video games out pretty regularly. If they wrote the new storylines into T.V shows and movies then it'll take years before we see it in the games. I mean don't they debut all of this stuff in japan and then import it into America years later?
I'm not trying to be a dick, but what's the point of these games if they keep rehashing storylines? Wouldn't it be better if the original creator simply just wrote a new story for each game and considered that canon?
Phil is a decent guy. He's a guy that worked his way up from being an intern to being an head executive. I think the thing that Phil brings to the table is that he will fight to bring exclusive IP's. I think in the next half decade even if MS is still losing in sales the division will be in fantastic shape for the next generation box. I think Phil will expand the studios, get the most out of the existing studios, and change the brand for the best. Thing I don't like about him is t...
Learn from what debacle? They paid for content on their system for their userbase and future userbase. Stop with horseshit. It's only a debacle from non Xbox one users who won't get to play it. Games are games. Doesn't matter if it's first party like Press play. Second party like Remedy. Or third party like what they're doing with Tomb Raider. I've said this before and I'll say this again. MS's obligation is to people like me who dished out 500 bucks for the sy...
Then don't buy it, then? I don't see any difference in seeing how this IP is different from any other third party IP. If you were going to buy an xbox before this announcement and suddenly this game is exclusive to the platform and you don't want to buy one then I don't see your logic. If you want to have some moral victory, then have it. I'll never shit on a company for providing value to their consumer base and future consumer base. MS's obligations are not to Sony f...
They probably picked out a section that was easy to play. That's very common when it comes to these types of demos. If you look at the gameplay walkthrough you'll see a yellow circle on the righthand side. Every time he uses his time powers the yellow circle decreases. So there is a limit to how much he can use these powers.
The game looks like a futuristic Max Payne. I without a doubt believe this is a spiritual successor to Max Payne and that alone will have me buying this. Then when you see how fluid the stopping of the time coincides with the gunplay and visual effects and that just sealed the deal for me. Only question I have is if you can rewind and fast forward time. I also loved the fact that the character couldn't stay in cover forever. They were constantly throwing grenades and shooting at his cover...
Remedy is second party to MS. I think read somewhere years ago that they signed an exclusive console deal with them similar to the deal Undead Labs just signed with MS. I could be wrong, though. Plus Remedy would have to link up with an third party publisher and have to give up the rights to their games.
Fish has to be trolling. No chance he's this big of a narcissist. Am I the only one that doesn't think fez is the greatest thing since sliced bread? It's good, but it's not one of the best things I've played on 360.
I respect the soul series, but I don't get the hype for this game. Not that I can't see why people want to play it, but I haven't seen anything yet that's flat out wowed me. To me the Order trailer they showed at gamescon did way more to impress me. Maybe it's because I'm more of a shooter fan than die hard RPG fan, but so far the hype for a game with no gameplay walkthroughs escapes me.
What gives you that idea? I don't know why people think these studios code all 4 versions of the game in house. I'm willing to bet money Ubi outsourced the 360 and PS3 game to an outside dev similar to what forza Horizon is doing. The devs simply just messed up the optimization and unrealistic expectations based off high end PC footage.
Bioware to me is in the upper echelon of devs in the business. Whatever they make I'll buy. Kinda dissapointed they're not making a next gen KOTOR, though. To me that should be priority over a dragon age or a ME game.
I highly, highly doubt that'll happen. I can't remember the last time Final Fantasy was a system seller in America and Kingdom Hearts won't move anything for MS. If they want to make a huge splash then getting battlefront or a KOTOR sequel would sell consoles.
I have no problem with this. If companies want to buy third party exclusives or timed exclusives then so be it. It won't effect me in the slightest because I'll eventually own a PS4 to go along with my XB1. If you want to game on one system an entire gen well be prepared to lose out on great games. Same could be said about any previous gen also.
They're getting the game and its content exclusively for a long time period. Why wouldn't they be happy. They get to play the game months before anyone else on another persons hardware gets to play it. I don't see any shred of logic in your post. That's like saying why should 360 and PS3 fans be happy they got to play GTA V a year before PC gamers got to play it.
Why would MS want to make friends with people that have no intention of buying their console? Lmao who approves this garbage? Fact of the matter is next holiday season when little johnny's mommy is shopping she's going to see that Lara Croft can only be played on a Xbox system. That's all that MS cares about. I doubt they care that PS4 owners can't play the game.
I can't begin to fathom what a next gen Gears of War would even look or play like. I'd probably soil myself with that reveal.
