I highly doubt MS is hurting for money that bad that they couldn't pay some studio like Certain Affinity to just remaster the first 3 games.
I haven't played an Assassins creed game in years, but I've been told Black Flag is one of the better games they've ever put out in the series. So idk about what you're saying.
If they released Fable Legends, QB, Halo 5, Tomb Raider, and Gears, and potentially Scalebound in the same year then that would probably be the biggest exclusive year I can remember. If they did that and people still don't buy Xbox Ones then MS should just give up and the player base can't say they're not buying the box because it doesn't have games.
Gears 3 is probably the best third person shooter I've ever played. Saying that game wasn't good just leaves you a small minority. Even a game like Judgement which wasn't great still was better than the shooters people are putting out today. And after you saying Gears 2 was trash I really can't take your opinion seriously now. You're entitled to your opinion, but in no way do even remotely agree with you at all.
That would be pretty fast considering Black Tusk just started working on it earlier in the year. Then again that studio is gigantic so I wouldn't doubt this true but I wouldn't bet on it.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. There should be no gaming conferences. I've said for years what gaming companies should do is make a 2 hour video with all of ur exclusive announcements, world premiers, game demos, ect. Release the video online through your service or stream it through IGN or some other gaming site. And then when that's over simply allow the game demos to be downloadable through PSN and XBL a couple of hours after the conference. I've been to abo...
What do they mean post launch patch? Do they mean it's going to have a day one patch for the weather or are they legit saying you won't get the weather effects until later after you purchase the game? If they mean the latter then they should not even ship the game until the dynamic weather is fully incorporated.
You were saving 60 dollars for a game that doesn't come out for well over a year and half?
"exactly the vita had its time to shine, it didn't so what's the point on wasting resources on it." to validate the purchases of the 8 million people that bought it. You don't just sell an expensive piece of hardware and leave people out in the cold like that. Some people bought the Vita for 250 bucks plus spent a butt ton on those memory cards and games.
TLG or bust for me at TGS. I don't see any reason why this game should not be shown. From what I understand they started reworking the game for PS4 in late 2011, so the game HAS to be in pre alpha or just about coming into alpha. I'd also like to see if they show Kingdom Hearts gameplay at this event as well maybe a new JRPG exclusive.
Do you have proof that you're a network engineer or am I supposed to believe your word?
Watchdogs and GTAV are classified as open world sandbox games. Infamous technically is a third person shooter, but it's more in line with action adventure. Even if it was classified as a third person shooter I wouldn't put it above a lot of the third person shooters this person listed or kept off the list.
Yea not including Gears 1 or 2 showed me I shouldn't take this list seriously. I can understand having Red Dead and Uncharted in the top 5, but Tomb Raider and RE4 are better games and impacted third person shooters more than gears or max payne? I get this is an opinion piece but damn. That's like doing a platformer list and not including super mario 64.
I enjoyed Binary Domain for what it was when I got it for free on PS+, but it's a flat out Gears of War rip off. They're not even trying to hide it either. They also ripped off Mass Effect. Again it's a decent game for the price I paid for it, which was free, but it damn near plagirized 2 best selling games.
The fact that Max payne and any of the gears were not in the top 5 or better yet top 3 is asinine. Those games innovated the genre.
Who cares how the IP ends up on the system. I could care less if they bought some studio out for a couple of thousand and had them make a game or if they bought an exclusive for a couple of million. Makes no difference to me as long as I get good games.
I can't justify buying a madden game until they completely overhaul the gameplay and make it run as a true sim. The AI is simply too dumb and doesn't act like true NFL AI. I'm not going to be ignorant and say we need 2k to make a NFL game, but I think some crazy talented team should get the rights and start making an NFL game.
Look up what Mattrick did for 360 before and after he became the head executive there instead of going off of 1 bad year.
Mattrick was a very highly thought of executive in EA when he was brought in and he increased Xbox's usebase from what it was in the beginning to over 80 million homes. He's also the main guy people point to for building the relationships with Activision and EA. He also spearheaded Kinect 1 which did 26 million sold in hardware and is responsible for Xbox live being in 40 plus million homes. People have a distorted view of what Mattrick accomplished at MS.
Is that Justin Beever playing 2K15?
