Who's saying it's gonna save anything. Fact of the matter if next fall to holidays Microsoft has Fable Legends, Qunatum Break, Tomb Raider. and Halo 5 back to back to back. This isn't banking on one game this is adding a big title to a list of other big titles.

No one is going to spend extra time with a box to max out that system. Devs spend the same exact time with each system to get it up to snuff. This myth that devs can push significantly better graphics while coding for 2 platforms simultaneously is ridiculous. The people that say " don't aim for PARITY!!!" don't understand game development.
The devs said on IGN that you can't beat the game. Essentially there's no beginning to the game and there's no end to it. You never actually get to beat the game. There's just never ending missions that get repeated over and over again.
I like Indie games as much as the next gen, but there's little to no chance I'll ever want to play a game like that.
I also don't think in any way shape or form that Gears of war and Max Payne should be outside of the top 20. I'm sorry. Objectively Ocarina of Time has a bigger impact on gaming and is better put together game. I don't think 20 years from now people will talk about TLOU like people talk about OOT. That's not a shot at the game itself, because I respect what ND was trying to do with it.

As soon as I heard this game had no beginning or end that's where they lost me with it. Yager made such a brilliant game with spec ops and now to see them making crap like this is so disconcerting. I wish Sony or MS could buy them and just let them make original stuff on spec ops level.

Below is probably my most anticipated indie game coming out this generation although Alienation is probably neck and neck with it. That game looks like the closest thing to what we're going to see to a Zelda game on a next gen platform and the art direction and studio behind it leaves little doubt in my mind it's going to be quality.
On a serious note please EA take a look at this video man and implement some of the ideas in this for NBA live and Madden. The NBA players AI acts like real NBA players act on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. The crowd is lively and even the coach animations and movements look authentic to the real life game. The jump shots look smooth, the passing looks incredible, the graphics are amazing, and even the net looks amazing after the ball goes through it. Take some notes
