Fallout 4 was one of the best reveals, they did a huge reveal at e3 and then released the game shortly after in the fall. Expecting the same here
Cookie cutter games? every big game sony makes is the same 3rd person story driven adventure. 2 biggest games 2022, a horizon sequel and god of war dlc, surprise 3rd person story driven.
Xbox releasing starfield and redfall, 2 new IPs, can't wait =)
Let Aloy enjoy their 3rd person story games, that's all playstation ever has to offer. Horizon sequel and GoW dlc. Mmm naw I'll take fresh games like Redfall and Starfield this year. And then the 30+ first party studio flood gates open... THIRTY THREE STUDIOS!! Used to be 6.
shinoff, zero chance this gets delayed. Already got pushed to this fall because they had halo last year. Game is probably done already
Lolol you just called Starfield a top down game and called Skyrim a first person shooter
But we don't know what the combat will be yet. It won't be Skyrim because there are guns.
It's on 2 major platforms, they'll survive. Any Bethesda fan will get a PC or an xbox and play the Bethesda games they enjoy.
Yup, release info too early you get cyberpunk. Release info too late you get complainers. They can't win. I think their marketing has been great, assuming that they end up doing a full Fallout4 style reveal at E3 this year. The Fallout 4 full E3 reveal was fantastic
Big fallout and elder scrolls fan, really looking forward to this one, E3 can't come soon enough
This is what a full map list looks like at launch, since a ton of people likely forgot:

There are plenty of battlefield fans that would be happy with what Yi-Long just described. In fact all of the reviewers said Portal was BF2042 single shining point. Except yes it only had 2 maps from each game lol. The reason people complain is because these AAA games recently decided to release full games with 6 pvp maps. Of course people want more. But give them a FULL GAME up front and you have a completely different situation. COD used to always launch with SIXTEEN MAPS. BF i feel ...
DICE and the battlefield name need to fold at this point. I can't see how they can make another battlefield game and hope to have anything other than terrible sales at launch.
Jack because they're too incompetent to do that. They need to learn to walk first before running. Try copy and pasting BF3, and if they don't royally F that up then maybe they could try a new game again lol. DICE has fallen so hard
Naw they need to remaster bf3+bf4. I don't trust them to create new games anymore. I'll buy a remaster on new gen console, but i won't go near a new battlefield game again.
8 is not a great score, it's a good score. 9 is great. 9.7 is the best of all time. There IS a bit of a gap between 'good' and 'best of all time'. Reviewer clearly just didn't like the game. Not sure i have an issue with that. I thought Breath of the Wild was simplistic garbage. If a reviewer had given botw an 8, i'm sure they would've heard about it.
Hmm, maybe the reviewer is a botw fan and is lowering elden ring score? lol
Agreed, at this point i can't see a sequel beating Elden Ring. @DarkZane Starfield will easily hit it's release date, this game will get a full Fallout4 style release at E3. Game could be finished for all we know, but xbox didn't want 2 big games in holiday 2021 thus Starfield is their big game for holiday 2022
Personal opinion: I don't equate female leads with the theme of GTA games, it would be less immersive. It might even feel a bit forced
Scammers and cheapskates for taking advantage of a well known promotion to convert remaining xbl gold to gamepass ultimate? Okay. You sound like you’re not on game pass, else you’d know how easy and cheap it really is.
Gotcha. Time will tell i guess. They could make it 100% clear by saying that all future cod games will be on playstation, but for whatever reason, they keep dodging a clear statement. Time will tell what "them" they are referring to.
I agree, i'm expecting similar gameplay elements from both, perhaps with some new systems built in, in a new environment, with much upgraded graphics. Which honestly would be a big jump in itself depending on what new systems they bring into it. But I like fallout and elderscrolls so i'm not looking for them to reinvent themselves like cdpr did with cyberpunk. I'm very interested in what combat is going to be like.
