6 months is more than enough. Same as fallout 4. We know what we are getting from a reputable dev. Go throw a space mod on fallout 4 and call it an alpha if you need
Am I missing something here? It’s gonna be fallout/Skyrim, but in space, with some new gameplay mechanics, nice graphics, awesome exploration and choice and character builds. It’s not some big mystery that it’s gonna be an awesome Bethesda game. I have zero worries about this being a cyberpunk or a bf2042.
Ethereal agreed. They probably shot 4 of these in an hour and will release them between now and summer. I don’t think anyone is supposed t be crazy excited about them sitting around chatting. Now as for e3 I’m expecting as good of a reveal as Fallout 4, which stole the show and showed others how to do a good reveal with tons of info.
Right on Magnus, and i think Oeazy was referring to the general commentors on this site, already trying to downgrade a game 1 year out, clearly not happy that the opposition has picked up a legit catalogue of exclusives from Bethesda. If you browse the youtube comments you see large majority excitement and happiness, the opposite of here lol
I dunno, i'd rather get tidbits of info / concept art, than nothing. We all know there's not going to be gameplay until xbox e3, so anyone expecting before then might be disappointed.
Xbox has halo campaign around the corner, i wouldn't expect to see Starfield until xbox e3, much like Fallout 4 did with an in-depth reveal and lots of detail.

There’s 3 big shooters this holiday. Cod, bf2042, Halo. Cod and halo are both small map fast paced. I know lots of Xbox friends straight up skipping vanguard and excited to play halo in its place. PlayStation only has 2/3. It’s noteworthy.

Interesting trend. Also overlooking that Xbox has forza, and halo around the corner. Def gonna be a percentage skipping cod this year (vanguard hype is low) and going with Halo.
Sadly, Playstation doesn't make multiplayer exclusives. If you like small map fast paced, it's cod or nothing this holiday

I'm gonna give the new stuff a go as well. The new gadgets alone are going to make for some crazy only-in-battlefield moments. Imbalance makes for a fun game sometimes. Ever played Modern Warfare 2? Lol. it wasn't very popular due to imbalance =)

Halo BR 2022. The demand is clearly there. Give 1 reason why would xbox pass this up?
The obsession with BR is that after 20 years of TDM, domination, CTF, S&D... there's a brand new mode the past few years. BR isn't going anywhere, it's the newest genre and the one with most untapped potential. Slayer isn't changing it's the same as it's always been with new maps. A Halo BR done properly with a halo twist - would put halo/xbox on the map, perhaps in the #1 spot. Don't worry you'll still get the regular MP.
I don't mind if they don't have one at launch. But to completely shut the idea down is dumb. Everyone sees the potential of a Halo BR for a reason, it would be super fun to play and popular. The demand is through the roof right now, up to them if they want the same audience they've had for the last couple decades, or do they want that audience plus a massive influx of new players that will love halo BR, and some of those will end up loving Halo MP.
I always liked battlefield but i'll honestly say i enjoyed the freedom to have a medpack, rocket launcher, a cool gadget of choice, and whichever gun i want to use. For me there was never really strong teamplay, because me and friends would just use medic so we could pick each other up.

An uplayable mess? what platform were you on? series X was super smooth and 100% playable. Did you expect zero bugs in a 3 month old build? My only complaint was enemies looking the same as friendlies, that was odd. And the biggest complaints about operators and lack of classes, fixed by portal. I'm failing to see the outrage here to be honest. please expand on what was a mess
@Eonjay because PS4/5 EA Play subscribers is minuscule compared to Game Pass subscribers. They are catering to the audience that will actually use this 10 hour trial, nothing wrong with that
Can't wait for Bethesda's catalogue to start kicking in too! Starfield, the game was so good Sony tried to get exclusive rights to and then Microsoft bought the whole parent company. Bring on a generation of new starfield, elder scrolls, fallout, doom, wolfenstein, deathloop, dishonored, prey, and that's just some of the Bethesda ones, man xbox has zero games never will lol
