A lot of quality of life things missing, an incomplete game, and I had a blast. The graphics are truly next gen, once they get everything fixed up. Ready to play more ASAP. Classes or Specialists, good with either but they need to show what your whole squad has selected so you know where to fill in the gaps for equipment. Nov 19th can't come soon enough
I only got to play a few hours and loved it. I was blown away by the graphics and what they had on the screen at the same time with stable framerate (series X). Will put up with the poor decisions and bug fixing, that will get fixed eventually, I just would like to play a modern battlefield game as soon as possible
The 128 player map feels a bit large and empty, I wish they had a 2nd beta with a different mode

You're comparing the first major game from a 7.5 billion aquisition to Crackdown and Fable?! That's a far stretch. And isn't delaying Halo 1 year considered quality control? Releasing a year ago would have been bad. Everyone is saying the MP is awesome
F76 was an mmo cash grab, looks like it was put together by some highschool students lol. Not a real bethesda game in my books. We all knew what we were (not) getting with that one
A new Bethesda IP that's gonna play something like Fallout in space? Ya I'm fully hyped. Love how fallout games have very different builds and playstyles depending on what you want to pick for attributes and perks, can't think of another mainstream game that does such a large number of viable builds

@Aphelion I don't disagree that gamepass negatively impacts the gaming industry. I don't want a bunch of FTP games because you're right the quality suffers.
The problem is everyone, particularly the younger generation, are used to free games. Fortnite, Apex, Warzone. I see what you're saying but the fact that gamepass is a thing means their 1st party games have gotta be on there. I don't mind as i personally wouldn't be paying full AAA price to play halo multiplayer. This keeps the servers packed and a huge audience for their game. I won't spend a dime on mtx.

I'm good with the delay, it was the leaving us in the dark until 1 week before rumored beta date. They need a lot better communication going forward. Also, reveal hazard zone already. If they aren't at a point to be able to show us hazard zone then there's no way that mode is included at launch.
I'd agree if we had seen some more recent gameplay and they had unveiled hazard zone. The fact that the only gameplay (outside of their 10 second operator vids), is some technical test and is months old, I've sort of lost faith. WAS that months old? Is Hazard zone going to be released next year or what? That's their big new ftp mode to go against cod warzone. Ya, totally lost confidence not because of the 1 month delay but because they've shown next to ZERO fresh gameplay...
Check out Insurgency Sandstorm as well. Another no BS shooter coming to console. Looking forward to that one as well as HLL. Throw Halo in the mix (with BF and Cod) and I can't remember a more jam-packed fall/holiday for MP shooters
They need more innovative game modes. Champions hill, meh. There's a middle ground between BR and small map core modes that they aren't fulfilling. Resurgence warzone was an example of something between TDM and BR. More of that please, otherwise it's only fun until the new maps wear off.
True, but i feel a portion of that list will be fixed at launch, and the remainder fixed the first few months post launch. It's been way too long since BF4, i just need another modern BF, bug-fix period isn't ideal but i'll take it. I had fun playing with friends in the beta
