Ironically it's pirates like you that make the honest buyers suffer most with the DRM bullshit.
I can understand someone calling the BioWare dev's greedy. I wouldn't fully agree with it, but I'd understand. But to call them lazy? You're insane.
I find it baffling how many people are so upset over it and are surprised over DLC. That's the fun thing about the world and it's people - there's always someone else with a different point of view.
You're absolutely right though, CE is usually just a bunch of useless crap. It's why I had never purchased CE ever before. Mass Effect 3's CE just happens to be one of the few CE that comes with 'exclusive' game content that involves a character and...
20 dollar credit and free shipping? That's a terrific deal.
"Companies are constructs of people, they are not instinctual predators that we should be shrugging off as inherently greedy."
Ah, I see. How's the view in Equestria these days?
Companies don't have greed, people do. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, has greed. It's human nature, some have it more than others, some barely have it all, but it is there. Everyone has it. Companies are ran by people. Usually rather successful people who thri...
According to the lore, you can thank the dang heretic geth that attacked in the first game for the galatic thermal-clip standard becoming the norm.
I would had also liked to see at least one "old fashion" gun in ME2, one that didn't rely on thermal clips. ME3 might have something similar, but I doubt it. I imagine Zaeed's "Jessie" rifle is such a gun, due to its age. Thermal clips are fairly new, being only around 2 years old.
As f...
"Im getting the CE even though its overpriced but i am guessing it comes with this mission and character."
Yes, it does. This character and it's mission is the "exclusive character and bonus mission" content advertised for the Collectors Edition ages ago. The DLC is just letting people who purchase the standard edition have the option of purchasing the otherwise CE exclusive content.
All that aside, here's a question not all too of...
I think a lot of people are going to be taking this seriously. A little back searching will tell you that it was a joke. It was a humorous video, and it did make me laugh. The added lisp was a nice touch. But, rather the feelings were real or not, the 'show' was just an act for dramatic effect and humor. Not to mention to bring in more views - something that clearly worked in his favor. Either way, I enjoyed that, it was funny. Loved the ending. Haha.
More people need...
Funny thing is that the pic is a pretty reasonable representation of the UFC games. I had fun with Undisputed 2, but there was a reason my fighter was always a boxer-focused individual. I don't care how legit some of these grappling moves are, when you're playing on a living room tv and theres a chance someone will look over at the screen and see two barely dressed me grunting and 'wrestling' around the floor mat, it becomes a little bit embarrassing. Hard to stick up for it ...
"But I didn't pay for the Collectors Edition because I'm not THAT big of a fannnn - why do you charge me to download content that's otherwise exclusive to them! WE ALL WANT IT FREE EVEN IF CE HAD TO PAY MORE FOR IT ITS SO UNFAIR!"
Am I trolling? No, just predicting what a lot of ignorance comments are going to be based around. People sure love to complain. I preordered CE months, months ago. Why? I knew I wanted the exclusive character and mission. The f...
I have to say. I have never seen a N4G comment page filled with this level of non-trolling. Too often I hear nothing but whiners and complainers, people who are upset that they don't get the content CE prorder's paid for, for free. "Waa you want us to pay for the exclusive content you advertised for CE monts ago" or "waa now I cant preorder it because its sold out". The game has been up for preorder. For. Freaking. Ever. If you don't have CE, it's your own ...
I don't see much problem here. We knew there was exclusive content in CE, that's part of why the CE cost 20 dollars more than the standard. This DLC deal just lets standard versions of the game spend a extra 10 to get the content that was otherwise only offered to CE. The way you hear some people tell it, you'd think they'd prefer it if the CE content was never, ever available to anyone else if it has to cost something to get.
I preordered CE because I knew, ...
Skyrim is a huge, huge, huge, huge world. Being able to explore it with a friend as appose to an NPC follower would be incredible. I don't know if it should be paid-for DLC though, something like that should, at least in some way, be free to encourage more people to use it.
I have to agree there, really. Not so much because I don't like the default cover, but because my Shepard is customized. As in, he doesn't look like default Shepard. So to me it's more like "Who is this guy wearing Shepard's armor on the cover? Bloody fanboys..." The CE cover solves that by not showing the Commander.
Is this really news? When CE was announced they said they'd have a special squad mate and mission that the normal game wouldn't have. The only difference now is that we know what that mission/squad member is. They made it so that the content that otherwise is only found in Collectors Editions available for purchase so that those who did not manage to score a CE can still get there hands on that extra content. Unless I'm misunderstanding the entire thing, it's basically DLC the...
Not too sure if the CE will have a reversible cover though. Last I checked, it's cover is a giant N7. Though it comes in a collector tin with both genders of Shepard on it, so. Guess it compensates. Won't know for sure till I receive my preorder. Hurry up March.
Thanks. I wasn't expecting much from a 'extended trailer'... But that was surprisingly a lot better than the one initially released. Thank's for sharing.
Seem's this got approved too soon - or did no one else realize the leaked video is now private so no one can actually see it?
How about a first-person view addition. I know a lot of people like playing Third Person, but I always played first-person so I was always frustrated when the game forced me into third-person when I became a werewolf. Is it to hide the gore of feasting on bodies? It'd be cool to see blood literally splash across your screen whenever you take a bite out of someone.
This is rather silly. I've seen people play through Mass Effect 2 as if it was 'action' mode - they skip all the dialogue and just want the shooting. I don't agree with it, I feel like they're greatly missing out, I do not know why some people choose to play that way, and it kinda annoys me to see them do it. That being said, it's their choice.
I think it's great ME3 gives so much freedom and choice on how you play the game. Some people do not wan...
Considering the game is already on two discs for 360, I doubt you're going to be seeing a single-disc GOTY for it anytime soon. That being said, I do see where you're coming from, and that would be the best bet. However I don't think you should get your hopes up too much - theres still people waiting Mas Effect 2 GOTY Edition. It's very possible that a "ultimate all dlc included" edition is never going to come out. You're better off waiting for the initial game g...
