I love that Femshep is getting more official attention, I do. The fact that she has her own default character now, how she'll be on the collectors edition cover, that she'll get her own trailer for the game. These are all great things, it's been a long time coming. But am I the only one who wouldn't mind seeing a few more interviews with male Shepard? I mean, great for Jennifer and the fans of Femshep, but I've seen tons of interviews with Jennifer lately but never seem to...
Not to mention the already vast, huge landscape that is Skyrim... A month probably won't even be enough time to finish half the quests for the average player. No point is pocketing out for DLC when there is still plenty you haven't done in the game. Least, that's how I see it.
That basically sums up my thoughts exactly... Come on BioWare - give us something mature and respectful to the franchise. Or maybe this is their subtle way of hinting there's a Mass Effect anime coming out. Lol.
You just saved a few minutes out of my day. Thanks.
Unlikely, but not impossible... I remember I got Uncharted quite a bit earlier than it was suppose to be officially released because I saw it on sell early at Walmart.
@Septic I never said anything about what I'd do, I said what my Commander Shepard would do. He has already seen her face, and didn't even blink or flinch at it. I take that as a sign that it wasn't something too hideous. If you inquire what /I'D/ do, frankly I doubt I'd care what Quarians look like at the time because I'd be too traumatized by Batarians, Vorcha and Salarians. If I saw something like that I'd probably be running to wherever I left my sanity.
I did try actually, but they won't list just anyone do that. You need to have had sent in a number of articles and have them approved before you're allowed to do that. It's why I posted, I figured someone who could flag it would appreciate not hunting the duplicate link down since I did it for them.
For the record - I wrote my comments before this posting was approved and was still in Pending. It's unfortunate no one with the ability to vote/dismiss it had time to see my comment apparently. Least News10 is probably going to get a lot of undeserved traffic. Oh well~
There's zero chance of her being ugly. C'mon, with that personality? :P
My Shepard will stay with Tali regardless of her facial attraction however. He fell in love with her personality; her being beautiful beneath that visor will just be... a very nice bonus. :)
Doesn't sound like such a bad idea really. Perhaps even subtle hints, like a quarian soldier's corpse laying on the ground with the visor broken, so any curious player who happens to notice and zoom in and see. Or maybe you're investigating a possible crash site or something and find one laying on the ground face first. There's a minicutscene where you get on a knee to turn him over and it shows his face through a shattered visor with some gorey wound in the chest. Shepard wou...
In ME2, if you're male Shepard and choose her as the love interest, she mentions she had to take a lot of herbal supplements and immunoboosters before they got together. Granted it never shows more than removing her mask then kissing, followed by them both fully dressed laying in bed cuddling. But it's kinda implied they got pretty intimate. The next time you talk to her, she says she has a horrible fever - but was worth it. It didn't kill her. Though it was still a heavy risk, ev...
Why a disagree? Am I wrong? Did you actually look at the n4g link? It leads to a article that clearly has the same 6 screenshot's that this one proposes are new. Why is this thing 7/10 pending already without any reports? Am I missing something critical here? These screens were already featured on N4G five days ago. The article may lead to a different site than the one previously, but it doesn't have anything really new or different about it other than wording a few things differently...
This is old news, these screenshots were already featured on N4G days ago.

Duplicate story.

None of the screenshots are 'new' - they were released days ago and were already featured on N4G.
Sadly none of these are actually new screenshots, why is this getting approves? They're the same 6 we say a while back during PAX.

In the first two Mass Effect games, Femshep didn't have a real 'default' character model - she was just presets. To clarify, you couldn't alter the default male Shepard, your customization will be done on one of the presets but not the default model. Mass Effect would let you edit the default Femshep because she wasn't actually a special model built to be default - she was just the first preset option. Mass Effect 3 will give femshep her own model just like maleshep, and t...
So, other than being mislead into thinking there was something new in this video - am I the only one who felt a bit insulted at the guy's apparent lack of knowledge of the Mass Effect universe? For some reason everything he said felt kinda patronizing. He called Liara "that chick with that weird thing on her head"... Just saying. Did get a chuckle out of the "hideous frog people" comment, though.
I believe a tweet confirmed, a while back, that the Femshep will be getting her own trailer. This is the tweet:

Not that the default appearance really make's much difference. That's one of the best parts of Mass Effect - the character is who you want it to be. Whoever plays the game as the default is missing out on one the games best features, imo. Least now female Shepard actually has a default model. In previous games, there was no default Femshep, just presets. She didn't receive her own default model like the male version did. Even if she didn't get the hair style or color I'd p...
I'd love to be a PC gamer, though I prefer using a gamepad over mouse and keyboard (it isn't blasphemy, its just my preference). The thing that kills PC for me, however, is very simple: price. I've owned my console since release date, and I know any game I purchase for said console will play on it. They're designed for it specifically. Your pc may currently meet all the latest gaming "system recommendations" to play... but not too long down the line you'll notic...
