Yes because people are going to see the difference in 180p watching this on their TV, through someone else's TV... Good luck with that.
Because you've tried it out?
Hasn't every journalist/technical writer that's seen the demo and tried it out says it does most of what it has described? Not sure we're you're getting the "lie" from.
It's because they develop an emulator for each game, that's why they take so long.
You realize imitated, copied, and used are essentially the same word right? Didn't GoW copy Devil May Cry, then Darksiders and Dante's Inferno copied GoW? It's one big cycle.
Lol, you understand what a beta is right? Not too many developers are going to put out beta and say, " focus on the resolution , that's where we want feedback... Gameplay? Not important." Smh
@reallyNow You mean the beta that had 6 million beta downloads? smh...
Wow nice work. I didn't too many read financial reports that well here.
It will sell well short run, probably not long-run. I suspect anywhere between 2-4 million over the year. I will be willing to bet that there will be sequel to this.
Uncharted has an 88 on metacritic, what the heck are you talking about? Some heavy defense from you today.
Well yeah, they got to do something counter-act the supposed, "game-length" issue... interactive movies need their hype too.
Nothing is free within PS +, they are just additional perks. That being said I do agree with your statement, however, when it starts out so unbelievably well, it's hard to maintain that level/quality of output over time. They are a victim of their own success.
Final fantasy 3
True, my hope though is there are enough sales to entice Nintendo to see that there is a mature market on their systems and and allow 2nd party developers to produce more titles like this. Nintendo may never make these games themselves, but at least with 2nd party titles, they can have a little bit more say in the quality.
I have a feeling this going to be one of those games no one buys right away but then kids back on it like psychonaughts, einhander, or eternal darkness... and becomes really expensive on eBay. I however plan to get this game right away, because if anything, looks like a blast to play.
Hypothetically speaking, will this site implode if he's right?
huh? i have a hard time thinking you believe any of what you just wrote...
because the console war and it's "soldiers" need their ammo... the machines themselves are very similar, and now, especially with so few exclusives (as of this moment) helping to differentiate the black boxes, the resolution gate is the hottest topic to troll off of. I do agree with your philosophy though
I remember complaining about the wii so much when it launched along side the PS3. I mean I know he was, at the time, promoting Lair, I thought he'd never work with Nintendo again... funny how that all worked. It would awesome to have another rogue squadron game though...
Is anyone else concerned that these systems might not be able to give us 1080p AND next gen AI? I'm not going to lie, ubisofts comments concern me. If I could choose I would next gen AI any day of the week.
Wow, I did not expect this to happen until at earliest September. Congrats to Microsoft, and remember people, competition is good for all of us.
